I got a Goodwe GW5000-NS inverter installed 3 months ago. Unfortunately, the inverter went to fault 3 weeks ago and waiting for the warranty replacement now. Would you think it is a good inverter?
May I know what kind of fault it is ? Because if you call Goodwe customer service or let your solar company technicians to talk to them they would able to figure out the cause.
Hi Adeel, Any Tier 1 Panels should be fine. Goodwe 4.2Kw can easily take 5.46kw of panels. Thus, If you are using 300W panels then you need 18 of them.

Does goodwe has hybrid inverter with low voltage batteries, and a backup output without safety box
Yes they definitely have low model which you can attach with low voltage battery like LG with backup output.
Yes they do have Hybrid Model which can go with Low voltage batteries.

I have checked the data sheet now, Technically Inverter can take the load 4788W. Its better to call Goodwe and confirm.
