Love your video. Not easy always having the phone/video camera out documenting everything, especially when you’re supposed to be relaxing on a vacation … and all the editing afterwards too to get the video out to us. You’ve really captured the sites, sounds and feelings of their community and culture. Thanks for all the hard (& hopefully rewarding) work. -Ed
Hi Ed! Thank you so much for the love and support! You are absolutely right - we are not professionals and it is tough balancing the video captures and enjoying the actual moment. We try to balance it out as much as we can. The main reason we wanted to make the videos was actually to capture these moments and make memories that even we can watch after 10-20 years. Also, we want to share these moments and the feeling of being there with our loved ones, family and friends who unfortunately cannot be there with us all the time. ❤️❤️
Mexico is so colorful and vibrant. Seems like there is always some kind of celebration going on when you visit Mexico. At least that was my experience.
Absolutely! We just loved the energy and the vibe over there. So colorful and festive! Just released part 2 of our trip - th-cam.com/video/ilfXtpt1Eh8/w-d-xo.html Hope you like it! Stay well and stay blessed! ❤️
Thank you for the video!! I'm taking my wife to PV in 2 weeks for her birthday. I work in Mexico quite often and love the culture. She has been to Baja a bunch of times, we went to Playa Del carmen/Xcaret last August... now Puerto Vallarta. I want to give her an experience like your in this video. We're on an all inclusive, but will make a trip to PV to enjoy the Malecon y Zona Romantica.
Sounds amazing. Advance Happy Birthday to your wife! We hope you have an amazing time with her. If you are around PV, you can make a trip to the Botanical Garden and a day trip to Mahajuitas and Yelapa. We loved these two so much. We just released part 2 of our trip where we explored the botanical garden - th-cam.com/video/ilfXtpt1Eh8/w-d-xo.html Stay well and stay blessed! ❤️
If you feel comfortable do it! I use public transportation wherever I go in México, is very economical and an excellent way to experience the culture and cities. No pasa nada! I did it in Cancún, PC, Tulum, Taxco, Cuernavaca, Guadalajara, CDMX., can’t wait to return to PV in 3 weeks! Enjoy to the max my friend! Viva México!🇲🇽
Thank you very much! Glad that you enjoyed it. We just released part 2 of our trip - th-cam.com/video/ilfXtpt1Eh8/w-d-xo.html Hope you like it, stay well and stay blessed 🙏
Very brave taking public transportation from the airport in your first time to Mexico. I would have done it the second trip. You are right it is very safe in PV. We have been there 9 times.
We planned ahead and decided we will only use public transportation on this trip. Honestly, we felt very safe and comfortable using public transportation all around PV.
Awesome video and thank you for sharing. I just have a question, how long did it take you to get from the airport to the hotel? You also said "you walked a bit", like 3 miles or less? Thanks in advance.
Hi Carlos, from the airport to the hotel by bus takes about 25 mins if there is not much traffic. We arrived on the day of the festival in the afternoon, during that time certain roads stay blocked so the bus doesn't come all the way to the hotel. So we walked about 20 mins/1 mile or so. But in general the bus drops you right around the hotel we stayed at. Hope this helps and the other videos can help you to get some ideas about Puerto Vallarta! ❤️

The craziness of trying to get out of PV airport!
Haha! Isn't it? Since it was our first time we were a bit overwhelmed but happy that we got to navigate out.
