Campground Review | E.C. Manning Provincial Park Camping | Mule Deer Campsite Tour
Covering over 83,000 acres of stunning wilderness, EC Manning Provincial Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned camper or looking for a taste of tent camping or car camping in British Columbia, this park has something for everyone. Mule Deer is one of the many front-country campsites in EC Manning Park.

Reservable Front-country Sites: 38
First Come First Serve Sites: 10
Camping Fee: $25/Night
Amenities:
Flush Toilet
Dishwashing Station
Playground
Garbage Bin
Drinking Water
Fire Pit
Picnic Tables
Overall, the campground is very well-kept and has good amenities. The sites closer to the highway get quite a bit of road noise, however, sites closer to the river are quieter as the road noise gets muffled by the river stream sounds. Some sites are well-shaded, but many sites in this campground have almost no shade which can get to you in the summer heat.

Relaxing Camping and Campfire Cooking | Trout Catch and Cook at Allison Lake | Best Beef Kebabs Ever
มุมมอง 1342 หลายเดือนก่อน
This week, we headed to Allison Lake Provincial Park, about 325km from Vancouver to spend a relaxing weekend camping by the lake. We both had a super busy week so we were craving a digital detox - just sitting by the campfire, listening to nature sounds, some stargazing and of course some good food. This time we decided anything we cook would be over the open fire so I packed up some marinated ...

We took a quick overnight trip to Sasquatch Provincial Park in Harrison Hot Springs. Sasquatch park is a very popular camping destination for anyone looking to camp within 1-2 hours from Vancouver. If you are looking for camping in British Columbia, you will know how hard it is to get a site in any popular spots close to Vancouver. So we lucked out and got a site in the Bench Campground in Sasq...

We spent a beautiful weekend camping in the forests of Rolley Lake Provincial Park in Mission, British Columbia. A coastal rainfall warning was already underway, but we were planning to go camping in the rain for quite some time - so we were kinda happy with this. Rolley Lake Provincial Park is about 1.5 hours from Vancouver. The park is a predominately flat, wilderness area blanketed with tall...

    Isn't there a lot of bears in BC? Wouldn't all that cooking attract them?

    • @ExplorewithNoshin
      @ExplorewithNoshin 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There's definitely bears over here. But as long as you follow the general rules - clean up the campsite, don't leave any food open outside (locked inside the car), you should be good. Bears anyway don't like to come near humans. The trick is to keep the food locked when you are asleep or not in the campsite.

    Great video as always. Loved how the music coincides with the start of each new day. We went to Wells Gray ourselves in July 2021. We stayed at Falls Creek Campground, right beside the one you were at. Funny thing was we got to camp late too, right around 8:30pm just like you guys. Very memorable trip … we went to pretty much all the same attraction sites as you. I was hoping you went up to Trophy Meadows. We went up, walked for about 30 min and never made it to the meadows with all the flowers as our kids were getting tired and we all got mosquito’d out. One of the locals recommended we go to Sticta Falls … it was a short easy hike for the kids and because it was a lesser known fall, no one was there so we had the whole area to ourselves. Btw, I liked that little break you guys took, stopping to have your tea before continuing with the tarp. Priorities 👍😋. Did you guys catch any fish?

    • @ExplorewithNoshin
      @ExplorewithNoshin 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You have always been there with the kindest comments. Cannot express how encouraging and wholesome it is. We have loved our Clearwater trip. Unfortunately it was wildfire time so there was a lot of smog, we wish the sky was cleaner. We didn't know about trophy Meadows but now that you have said it, it will definitely be on our bucket list for the next Clearwater trip. Glad that you noticed we stopped for tea between setting up tarp - yes, priorities ♥️ We couldn't catch a fish unfortunately, hopefully another item for the next trip 😊 Thank you so much for your support as always. Hope to bump on you someday on a camping trip and say hello! Take care and stay blessed! ♥️
