I'm a fan of architecture and your vids are spot on showing the diversification of architectural designs and culture from old to new. Thanks for sharing. @@franctokyo5981 I agree. Tokyo is a concrete jungle that lacks space, vegetation and creativity in its architecture. The narrow streets are fine but extremely repetitive. Try any of the the first and second tier Chinese cities if you want to be impressed. The rest of Asia has really caught up and surpassed the Japanese cities over the last 3 lost decades.

I did not spend nearly enough time in Shibuya when I was there. It looks awesome, but I was always not sure where to go, and I was running low on money near the end of my trip when I visited there.

There's currently no official word on that I'm afraid :( I am hoping to go to Europe this summer, but with the current rules, it's unlikely that I would be let back into Japan if I leave...

Hmmm. My complaint is ALL THOSE ELECTRICAL WIRES. They do make it a little bit cozy, but over all...AN EYE SORE. I always imagine what Tokyo would like like, WITHOUT all those wires. (While the newer, upscale areas do not have them...the older areas do...ALOT).
Everyone else everywhere in Japan are so relaxed while they all got Face Masks on at the same entire time also and it's great to keep for Protection at all times. It's insane how busy tokyo is - yet they have next to no Covid-19 deaths at all. In the UK the streets are desolate, businesses are failing and yet... we're just getting picked off slowly. So strange.
In germany the streets are mow very crowded and people instantly taking their masks out, when they get out of a store or train. People here even protest against the masks law
