Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Melted Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
3 Eggs
Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Plain Yogurt 3 tablespoons
Peanut Butter 50g (¼ cup)
Chocolate sprinkles
For the Peanut Butter drip:
White Chocolate 100g
Milk 1-2 tablespoons
Peanut Butter 2 tablespoons
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm (2 Lb)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 45-55 minutes

I enjoy having cake once in awhile but every recipe I have makes a huge cake. I've never thought about downsizing my recipes before but now I don't need to 😊 I'm saving this basic recipe for making a smaller cake in whatever flavor I feel like. Chocolate, coconut, but I believe peanut butter will be my new favorite ❤😂
