when in maintenance cleaning, press the down button on the control panel and the wipers will come out this printer is a new model if you have an older model like the SP300 or SP540 they will appear (they actually didnt explain this very well)
SP4501 54" printer cutter: when printing a rectangular vector image, 2 sides (left and right) edge of the printing is crooked but the top and bottom are perfectly straight. What's the problem/issue?

The head printer on my SP300i won't move to the left when I remove the maintenance cover. What's the problem ?
Can I ultrasonic any of these with the solution ??
