Very informational and encouraging. Would be happy if TN Government introduces school or education system SPECIALLY, UNIQUELy dedicated for those Physically Disabled Children. Also a place for disabled population to live peacefully without much dependency in their own world, the way they can. It must be at the district or panchayat or ward level. Can we achieve it, PTR? If we look at these developed countries, there is a special space for disbility - be it parking lots, staicases, entrances, cinema theatres, public offices, buses, trains, hospitals and where not. There's a special law for 'Physically Challenging" population. We should - as a government - allows these people who are not blessed by nature must be embraced for what they are and also empower them with a Law of Handicappeds.

Very informational and encouraging. Would be happy if TN Government introduces school or education system SPECIALLY, UNIQUELy dedicated for those Physically Disabled Children. Also a place for disabled population to live peacefully without much dependency in their own world, the way they can. It must be at the district or panchayat or ward level. Can we achieve it, PTR?
If we look at these developed countries, there is a special space for disbility - be it parking lots, staicases, entrances, cinema theatres, public offices, buses, trains, hospitals and where not. There's a special law for 'Physically Challenging" population. We should - as a government - allows these people who are not blessed by nature must be embraced for what they are and also empower them with a Law of Handicappeds.
A self made man sits along side a scion of a continuous heritage of contribution in public life ... new hope for the TN Model. The anchor too deserves appreciation .
