I understand the requirement of the NIN for internet access to be consistent with the same to buy a local SIM, but my overriding question is why? A local SIM/internet access is a basic requirement for any tourist in any relatively modern location, so why restrict them ? Do you need a NIN to buy a souvenir or bowl of jollof rice too? Utterly ridiculous

Hi sassy i have recently returned from lagos and i find the Airtel 40gb data on my wifi dongle suitable i notice it worked well in different places eg Island mostly and many parts on the mainland on 4g. i have had some not okay eperience with other networks but ill say the Fiber connections are the best as i have tried this in some service apartment before.

Don't let your opportunity to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ pass you by! One day it will be too late!! Follow after Jesus Christ now, the right way, with your whole heart.. lest it be too late, and one day it might just be too late. No more walking as the world does! Being luke warm just won't do, you must be 100% for God or not.. but can't be in between. Choose this day whom you will serve! Get right and stay right.
I pray we'll all be ready for Jesus Christ return!!
Let us all repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!!!
    John 3:16-21

    Just came across this page.
Mobile internet services are the best starting option for any traveller into Nigeria that wants to stay connected. They are easily purchased and work reasonably well enough for most needs. Get a SIM card from the largest provider and you are good to go. You may add a Mi-fi dongle if you plan to connect to more than one device at a time.
    Enjoy your holiday.

Used Airtel on my trip, already had it from my last trip. Coverage was a yo yo worked better in some places than others. But it had less annoying pop up messages than an old Glo SIM card l used to have.
