I don't want (or even need) a thinner Apple Watch. I have the Apple Watch 8 and consider it too thin relative the battery life. I would have not problem with a 15% thicker Ultra that is as much as 60mm if it would give me 72 hrs as defined by Apple (Apple lists the Ultra 2 at 36 hrs but I get 2X the battery life out of my Watch 8 than listed (I get up to 36 hrs)). So, the thicker, larger, Ultra for me listed at 84 hrs would give me 168 hrs or 7 days. That is what I want in an Ultra. So, whatever size it takes is what I want. Also, don't need the extra nits. The Watch 8 at low power is just fine.

The idea of customizable button colors adds such a personal touch. It’s a small feature, but it could make the Ultra 3 feel truly unique to each user. Would love to see more functional personalization options too.
No! The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is brilliant. The size is great, the battery life is good, and it is rugged enough to survive the rigours of life on the streets. It is actually great for outdoor countryside activities too, although most people will never push the limits. If you make it slimmer, then the ruggedness and battery life will suffer. Keep the size and double the battery life. Having a substantial bezel to protect the display crystal is what helps makes this watch so tough.
Colour means zip to me. Functionality takes precedence, which means battery life. Crossing fingers and toes for that giveaway: my Iphone X is getting ratty around the edges. So is my Ipad (6th generation, yes it’s a dinosaur!) but mainly my phone. I can’t very well afford a new phone or now, at least not the one I’d love to have. So I’m keeping a close eye on your videos!

With my last year of college coming to an end and starting university next year, my phone is starting to feel outdated. It’s a bit of a hassle at school. So here goes: current owner of a 6th generation Ipad (yup, a dinosaur, LOL) and an IPhone X that’s definitely starting to fray… so I’m keeping a close eye on your videos! Re the apple watch: better battery is my main wish. As with all apple products. Battery on my watch barely lasts a day now. Still not switching to a fitbit like my SO would like me to. If I were to buy a lottery ticket and it was the winning one, all my apple products would be swiftly replaced: watch (series 4), phone (X), Ipad (6th generation). I’d get an Apple laptop too, not decided which one yet, as I’m thoroughly frustrated with Microsoft. But for now, I’m mainly saving up for a phone.
I always update my IPhone to the latest model so in 2024, I purchase the IPhone 16 Pro Max and then next year, I will be getting my IPhone 17 Pro Max. In 2025, as I never updated the Ultra watch in 2024 from the Ultra 2, I will be updating the watch in 2025.
