I am vegan and agree with you - yogis are vegan - to reach for the deepest level of compassion and stillness we need to love animals like we love each other. Animals are beings that have highly evolved nervous systems that allow them to experience contentedness and suffering. Yoga at its core is about ending suffering. It is difficult to end self suffering while adding to the suffering of innocent animals.
I completely agree with you. I'm Valerio from Milan and i'm 54 yo. I practice Martial Arts since 1988, i'm vegan since 2012 and i think i've completed the transizione to become almost fruitarian. My performances have been at the top since i eat this way, and my health has greatly benefited. Thank you so much for giving messages like this and i wish you the best!
So nice to know your a vegan..although I am a vegan I have not been good to myself..been self medicating for years and its not working..I am wanting to stop the alcohol and start exercising and doing some basic yoga moves...I really need to stop killing myself..I can sense your positive energy and you are glowing with love and health..thanks for your video
It seems many people don't understand that humans are just another species on this planet and there is no other animal that cooks its food. Humans are frugivores :) Thanks for the video!
Have you always been vegan? One day I hope to be vegan, I'm struggling giving up burgers and carne asada tacos😁 I just got a juicer and I'm so in love with it. I hope it makes my transformation easier.. eventually.
Hi Athena, I think we all go through some kind of vegan junk food phase. The fresh, organic fruits and veggies become more satisfying and energy boosting. Thanks for your feedback and please subscribe to my channel if you haven't yet! Thanks! Nora ⭐️😊
Ultramarathon Power I suppose you are not really interested in knowing what foods contains what nutrients. You will find that I do not have time for a troll. This conversation is over. Good luck on your trolling mission.
NefPhillips HealingArtsFitnessPro I red that if you go vegan, you die in a first month. And if you go vegan you can't be athletic, cause there is no such thing as a vegan athlete, I'm not athlete myself, but maybe one day, I might, I might wanna go to the olympics...
Yeah, yogi's should be vegan. I agree :) A question; why is juicing a great way to start being vegan? I don't know if this is a good start for people who are used to a 'diet' with a lot of unhealthy unmoral easy to prepare 'stuff'.. The chance that they won't keep being vegan is much bigger when they suddenly restrict that much. I agree with the rest of the video though; keep eating. Keep loving our bodies and all other life on this earth.
Yay I'm glad to know that you're vegan! I became a vegetarian first when I was 15 then 2 years later I start eating vegan. It sucks sometimes cause I'm the only person in my family that is a vegan. The rest they all eat meat.
Doesn't sound very healthy! Have you ever heard of Laird Kieth? Check out her video. I think you may want to know more about how your diet is affecting your health.
I have listened to Laird Kieth and am not satisfied that she knows what she is talking about. She contradicts herself and uses sketchy talk. People who talk like this are usually full of shit.

You are vegan? Where you eat protein from? What about calcium? What about vitamin k2? What about omega 3? What about vitamin b12?
What do you think veggies, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts/seeds, oils...what do you think these things are made off?
You can't be vegan cause you don't get enough protein. We're meant to eat animals. Wood grubs, lamas, chickens, sheep, cats, dogs, rats, everything!!!

What do you think canine teeth are for you idiot?

I have just started by switching all of my dairy and meats with vegan options, so it's an easy transition
Like almond milk, and like seitan

Do you not eat fruit? And when did you have your lunch, at 4pm? x

I'm not against it, it's just really hard to eat a healthy vegetarian diet.

Tina Azzara I used to think that, but I realized it was easier if you just don't buy meat at the store.
