I love the way the magenta came through the pink. I also love the yellow, it really defines the space between the pink and brown and brightens the flower! Thank you so much for the tutorial! I love this pink sunflower!
I love it very very as well Polly!!. I don’t think I have ever seen anyone else in fluid art be as meticulous as you are, something I appreciate. I love your colors and are happy you worked on the magenta until you were happy. Thank you for the tutorial Polly. 🙏🏼❤️
🥰 I sure appreciate what you said. I never know if I'm talking too much or not enough lol. It was my first time using my voice over because I forgot to talk while I was making the video 🤣
@@pollyprissypantsart you did very well, you are young, talented, and have the platform. Don’t ever doubt yourself, take it from someone that has lived a long time.
First of all, you just can’t pass up a chance to learn a new technique by somebody named Pollyprissypants. It’s adorable and made me laugh. Secondly, I’m enthralled with these beautiful sunflower/Berbera Daisy/coneflower type flowers that you create. Last but not least, don’t apologize for being ‘slow’. Many of us are visual learners and your pace is really perfect to observe all the nuances.
@@pollyprissypantsart You deserve every word. Not to knock any of the other artists whose channels I follow but they don’t always take into consideration that not everyone has their gift and/or dexterity. I’m 63 and have hand mobility issues from arthritis. (I have enough trouble not dropping my food off my fork and down my bra sometimes so whizzing that hairdryer/airbrush/little blower around doesn’t work for me) You are the first artist who has ever said that it works better for you to go low and slow. Everyone else just tilts and spins and blows and stretches... and it’s very frustrating to not be able to come anywhere close to what they achieve. Now I see why my petals aren’t very petal-ish and a technique that I could adapt to fit my needs. It makes me excited again instead of frustrated about going forward on this little acrylic crazy pants journey I am on. Hey, if I get any good at this stuff maybe I should start a channel called Crazypantspainter! 😘😆🤷♀️
Well you just totally made my night. That's why I started making videos because I wanted to help people. What a blessing to know I am. Thank you for letting me know all that. FYI you should totally start a TH-cam channel and name it that 🤣 Have a wonderful night 🌙 😀

Thank you Deana! 🥰 I appreciate you watching ❤
What did you use to make the rings for the middle of the sunflower
I used a round plastic lid and traced a half circle on the canvas 💜
How do prepare your paints for the pour?
Thank you for asking 🙏 I have another video on my channel that explains everything. It's for the blowout/dutchpour technique
What do you mix your paints with
I have a recipe and mixing tutorial for this on my channel 🙏
Don’t you use a pouring medium?
Yes I use floetrol and water mixed with acrylic paint. I have a video with the recipe, ratios and how I mix 🙏 hope that helps.
