Thank you very much! I've been so bad with new content on here. Hopefully I can start adding more videos soon. With this piece I used no oil. My recipe was American floetrol, Amsterdam and Liquitex acrylic paint and water.

All my colors, even the base paint is mixed the same. No silicone in any of them. Just paint, floetrol and water.

Could you please do a tutorial on how you clean everything. I know acrylics are not great for the environment so it would be helpful to all of us to get the not so much fun part of pour painting down. How do you clean out your plastic bottles? 18:05

Thank you for watching my video. I did not use any silicone. I used a metallic gold which I usually don't use in my sunflower dutch pours and this is the reaction it gave. Really cool how it reacted to the other colors. I'll be making a video soon on how I mix my paints.

This is amazing!! How do the little 'bubbles' occur? Is this just the heat or is there something mixed in to the paint to make them happen?
Floetrol and paint helps create some cells but the magic really happens when you use metallics in your painting. Thank you very much🥰

Hi there, sorry for the complete beginner question(haven't even bought paints yet!) But what creates the cells? Are these all just plain acrylic paints)) it's really beautiful and I can't wait to try it 😍
Between the floetrol used in the paint mix and metallic colors I used that creates those cells. I also use Amsterdam paint and that's amazing for cells. Most of them are just acrylic paints. Are you using some medium or water? some cell activator in one of the paints?
I use a mix of paint floetrol and water. I have a video up on my ratios and how I mix for dutchpour and blowouts. I got more cells because I used some metallic paints. ❤️
A newbie here could you use more yellow in a small zigzag pattern to add to the blank leaves? and blow again?
Hi Vonna, if you add more and blow again you take the chance of your painting getting muddy. I usually won't but you can try if you want. If it doesn't turn out you can always scrape the canvas and try again.

All of them and I have a mixing and ratio tutorial if you want to know how I mix my paints. It's #2 video on my channel. I mix the base paint the same way.

How long do your paints last in the bottles?
For me they last at least a few months depending on the weather and with a cap on. I do make half batches when I need less of a color. Just cut the recipe in half. If you need more, double or triple the recipe. I hope that helps 🥰
