A year ago I had prostatitis. My urologist gave me antibiotics and insisted to treat me once a week with a prostate massage. He also treated me 3 months with 3 different antibiotics.
I think the bottom line is just living is dangerous for your health. I think the best idea is to enjoy your life and except the notion that we are all going to die someday, regardless of how we live. This doctor takes all precautions and lives as healthy of a life as he can, will die someday.
