- Baltimore Police confirm the Department is investigating yet another report of an attack at the hands of juveniles in downtown Baltimore.
According to BPD, a CitiWatch camera captured the assault and robbery of a couple near the corner of West Baltimore St. and North Charles St. just before 3 a.m. on May 2.

I moved from Baltimore 2 yrs ago , I had to go back for 3 days , I was at this 7-11 Thursday around 3pm waiting for the BWI train to go back home . This is the reason why I left. Guaranteed the victims were white if your white your a target

Back in 88. I went to Hollywood as a tourist, and accompanied by my parents. As a kid, I didnt pay attention but an LAPD cop on Hollywood Blvd. when I was alone, asked why I wasn't in school. Those days are gone.

The main reason I moved out of Baltimore was juvenile crime. I’ve been robbed at gunpoint, had my car broken into several times. Several of my friends have had their cars stolen and most people I know have been robbed at some point. The juvenile crime problem is so out of control its tough to even comprehend. When I try to explain the statistics behind it to friends and family, they don’t even believe it the numbers are absurd. Over 11,000 cars stolen in one year?

Yes, the parents/guardians should be charged and the juveniles should be held accountable and if need be put in jail. This is why Senator Jill Carter need to be voted out of office. She is protecting these juveniles from being charged with anything. Vote her out of office.

I am in Europe, my patents owned a house near Baltimore and as children we loved being in Maryland.But the teen violence is out of control and the authorities need to be pushed to employ and pay for programs for juvenile delinquents and to put their patents in jail.

When I worked in Baltimore I could see the wide parklike area that divided two main thoroughfares that ran past the building I was working in. There was a group of about 12 black kids hanging out around the fountain in the middle of the park. They were taking turns dipping out water into a bucket they had and then waiting for the cars to stop at the red light. When the cars stopped the one with the bucket would run up to a car with an open window and douse the driver with the water. If he got out of his car all 12 would rush towards him with sticks, driving him back into the relative safety of his car. My boss called the cops, but they said since it was "just water" they'd come out when they got a chance. We never saw the cops, except when one drove by! This was in the 70's, so they've been letting kids get away with crimes for a VERY long time now!
