Thanks so much :) but i did get rid of it and now I display most of my miniatures on shelves on my shelf... i'll try to do a #short video on how it looks :)
definitely, but actually that one isn't the original either, i gave another 'dresser' a makeover originally and was thinking of putting it back, the one i got from this thrift haul is for an all new diorama apartment i'll be starting soon i hope :)
Thank you so much :) while i edit the video, i do the same, i always think of things i can do with the items too late, i panic while i'm there, ok ok i can't think of anything i can do with this, until i leave and then it comes to me when i'm driving home or when i watch the clips :)
Watching these always makes me envy the variety you have in both how many things are on the shelves, and how many stores you have to select from. Where I live we have three thrift stores and they all compete with each other for how expensive their prices are. It's almost not worth the bother anymore.
I am lucky but I wish there were even more :) .... within 30 minutes from my location i have about 10-12, but value village has so much stock but their prices are so ridiculous, goodwill and salvation army are the best for pricing plus they don't charge tax...so now i have about 4 that i really like to go to. Thanks so much for watching1
Thank you so much :) i'm thinking a powder room for the Best in Black apartment diorama :) and after that, i'm thinking of adding an office or nursery, or maybe i should start a whole new apartment series with a new background, new windows etc... ?
I'm a new subscriber. I discovered this channel when searching TH-cam for dollhouse ideas and came across a thrifting video from this channel and fell in love with the content. I absolutely love videos like this. I could watch them for hours. Gives me so many ideas. I would love to see a video of Dollar Tree ideas.
Thank you sooooo much for watching, commenting and subscribing :) I love that idea, I'm actually going to be close to a Dollar Tree tomorrow, I may be using your comment in my next video :) thank you so much again :)
I saw a tea light candle holder that could potentially be used as a staggered plant stand. I believe the drawers can be used a high bureau of drawers. I actually have a tall chest of drawers that’s taller than me.
I would love to see a van/camper renovation 😊 It might be a bit much work, but you could remove the bottom drawer on the tall dresser. Saw the bottom portion off and add new feet. Maybe someone else has a better suggestion, lol 😅
When you arrange things on your little shelves the center section is meant to showcase something. You should put that largest bottle in the middle. Then arrange everything else around it to kind of call attention to it.
True, i just piled everything on with no real styling, but now that i look at it, i want to change it, i'll create a #short video when i do :) thanks so much :)
I thought it was going to be just the silver edges, but i could cut out the corners for something, not enough to create a backsplash. Thanks so much :)
lol, granny shelf, you're right, but i'm actually kinda getting into granny stuff, it is in a corner that's not really visible to the rest of my apartment :) but i do love having my favourite miniatures displayed on it, maybe if i paint it ??
it's crazy, especially value village... and they charge taxes, salvation army and goodwill doesn't, i'm definitely not donating to value village again.

Rewatched this thrift! Love how you organized your miniature treasures on the wall shelf! 😍
Thanks so much :) but i did get rid of it and now I display most of my miniatures on shelves on my shelf... i'll try to do a #short video on how it looks :)

Thank you so much!
Those tiny frames were adorable 🌟❤️

Thank you so much :) cool, have fun :)
Keep your original dresser in the bedroom
definitely, but actually that one isn't the original either, i gave another 'dresser' a makeover originally and was thinking of putting it back, the one i got from this thrift haul is for an all new diorama apartment i'll be starting soon i hope :)
You have a great eye and the best ideas! 😉🤗
Thank you sooooo much :)
You could use the silver labels to wrap around canisters in kitchen. Or something like that.❤
I love that idea! Thank you :)
This was fun. Thanks for bringing me along!
:) thanks for coming with me :)
19:35 OMG..... I own that exact gold and silver dresser you moved out. LOL. How funny.
I cool, i found it at a garage sale last year, I love it, i don't even want to paint it :)
The jewelry box makes a good high boy dresser.
True, i really don't want to cut it, if it doesn't look good after i makeover it, i can use it to store some supplies :)
Oh that was so much fun❤😊I was saying oh get that and that😊

Finally, another miniature lover! You have great taste!
Yay, thank you so much :)

The tall pink chest of drawers could be integrated into a walk in closet, definitely a good find.
that's a great idea, inset into a wall ... thanks

hello :) i have seen tallboy dressers that are very tall, i think it'll work too :) thanks for watching and commenting :)
I would love to see a van/camper renovation 😊

Yes, drawers need to be low enough to look down into. Easier fix is to take out the top drawer and make that a shelf area, like for hats and bags.
Oh, that's clever! That is so much smarter 😊
I was thinking about doing that, not sure if i have the right tools, i'm using it for a new diorama apartment series i'll be starting soon. thank you.
ohhhh i like that idea :)
definitely :) now i can't wait to start working on it :)
I like that@😊
Thank you, i was hoping i would find more, i went to so many thrift stores :) can't wait for garage sale season to start :)
At 25:17 there was a tea candle 3 set tear, that could have been great for plant holders and have the plant dropping down as thought 🥰
right! great idea! i need to focus more when i shop, i always see things at home when editing i wish i took
Another great video with some really great finds!!!❣️
Thank you sooooooo much :)
You can cut off back of dresser so it not so deep ,allso jewelry boxes ,golf tees makes legs ,wall shevlf turn upside down for daybeds.
great idea :) i already have golf tees, another great idea :) thanks so much for watching and commenting :)
You always find the best stuff. Can't wait to see how you use everything
thank you so much :)
Yes to camper idea, I have one that needs love
i'm hoping i find a cheap one at a garage sale :)

@@GingerLolaMiniatures You have some darling little pieces. Can't wait to see how you style your little shelves next!
thank you so much :)
Silver tins could be a back splash
I thought it was going to be just the silver edges, but i could cut out the corners for something, not enough to create a backsplash. Thanks so much :)
Maybe the pink dresser can be a bookshelf
that would be cool, but maybe too deep? i might try to cut it ??
@@GingerLolaMiniatures that's a good idea. The drawers could be used as under bed storage if they fit.
that's a cool idea :)
Diorama thrifting is the best!! Thank you for the ideas!
You are so welcome! thank you so much for watching and commenting :)
No, on the granny shelf.
lol, granny shelf, you're right, but i'm actually kinda getting into granny stuff, it is in a corner that's not really visible to the rest of my apartment :) but i do love having my favourite miniatures displayed on it, maybe if i paint it ??
Things r very sad when thrift stores become greedy and forget they are there to help the less fortunate.
Exactly! I only go on sale days now.
Use it as a highboy dresser
yah, i think the size is ok as a highboy, or tallboy dresser? i have seen huge bedroom furniture
This is ridiculous that these thrift stores are getting so high prices
it's crazy, especially value village... and they charge taxes, salvation army and goodwill doesn't, i'm definitely not donating to value village again.
You said the wooden/wicker chairs were not 1/6 scale… you could’ve DIYed the legs to make them taller
very true :) the seats were big enough to do that, argh, wish i grabbed them now :)
