Rupal Patel you are an awesome human! Congratulations on your excellent TEDx Talk and for championing the weirdos of the world. We all have our own unique set of perfectly imperfect contradictions, owning that and knowing they can be a super power rather than a reason to sit on the bench is such an important message. Bravo!
When I see your track record as summarised in the introduction here, I have to admit that you are a fantastic example and model for women, Rupal. Your talk was clear, perfectly delivered and go me interested from the word 'go'. I particularly liked the way you describe yourself as an "alpha-female". You are wonderfully feminine in your calm, composure, body language and delectable high heels (the true symbol of femininity) - unfortunately much less in your clothing style. But there is an important thing missing from the talk: the reasons that made you leave the CIA and what it was like leaving (I don't mean emotionally, but rather with regard to procedures youmight have had to follow after being privy to so many espionnage and intelligence secrets during your time there. We hear "ex-CIA" in several films and TV series, but I suppose you don't walk out of the CIA in the same way you would on your last day in a fast-food restaurant or an accounting firm. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
They need more weirdos, so the considerate older ones leave. Anyway, she's 'weird' enough to be in her own, and changing the world in bigger ways than she did within the CIA organisation. She doesn't speak negatively here about the CIA, and is even better branding for CIA than if she were to remain inside. 😉
