@West Mitsubishi How well does it handle on S curves? How is the Lane Keep Assist? Does it keep you centered or just moving you from side to side within your lane? As good as Hyundai's HDA?
Not even closed. I got both the tucaon and the outlander and I don't trust the outlander at all. Most of the time it doesn't even follow the curse you have to to hold the steering wheel just in case, while the tucson does it well every single time.
yes! My mom has the rogue platinum and it's got pro pilot and this is a carbon copy of the Nissan rogue. interior and exterior. def worth checking out both brands tho and seeing which is best for you. I think only high trim levels have the hands free driving
I drive a 2023 kia sportage hybrid sx Prestige and I just took a 550 mile trip the steering assist stays up to 4mins before it asks to hold the wheel. This is like every 40sec. It's pathetic.
@@Brayant25 yeah man. I got the 2023 tucson plug in hybrid and it worka for a few minutes until the warning comes up. But my Outlander warning comes up within 10-15 seconds and it's annoying. Plus you can only use it in cruse mode while my tucson I can use the driver assist without the cruse mode and its awesome.
@@adamcoe this man gets it, thanks to natural selection, @joelcaraballo9798 and @Brayant25 won't be around much longer. how can you trust a computer over your own brain when it comes to split second decisions that involve your life and that of your family? idiots!
@@kleboksio4893 It's not self driving. Just keep a lazy grip on the bottom of the wheel or a knee and it won't do that. But it does come pretty close to self driving. It won't make hard left and right turns for you. This feature is really nice once you have it especially on long distance road trips.
The technology is way behind car manufacturers like Kia and Hyundai. Their version is steer lane assist and you don't have to have it in crusie. With the Hyundai/ kia you can also turn off the annoying dinging sound when you drift out of a lane line where this one will beep at you and there is nothing you can do about it. Also, every time you change lanes with your turn signal, it will beep once it locks on to the lane lines. So turn signal, over to the left lane, lock on... beep. Then once you pass a car, turn signal, back over to the right lane, lock on.... beep. It's really annoying.
Short question, are the sensors at the steering wheel all around or just on certain positions?
How do you set this up ?

Wait do you have to press the pedals
So adaptive cruise is only in SEL?
I have the SE and it has Mi Pilot.
Will they carry this system to the mirage?
Yes in 15 years
This is not available in GCC spec 😢
I hate that thedriver assist can only be use on cruise mode... my tucson phev I can use it with or without the cruise mode.

Does it work on curves too?
Yes!
