THANK YOU FOR VERBALIZING HOW I FEEL ABOUT DESIGNERS!! Yes, I was shouting. I think so many of us put too much value in "things"......we should do a better job of knowing our priorities and value.
YESSSS!!! I absolutely loved what she said!! I don’t personally like names on anything that can be seen. I would much rather spend money on a trip than a purse 👜 lol!!
I agree. I have never been a " I must have all of the designer things " type of person and I don't really understand when people are. I have people in my family who have always needed the designer jeans and clothing and I'm just like here's a $5 pair of pants that are comfortable. Thank you I'm so glad somebody else is on board with this.
This is why I love watching you Jazzy, you’re so down to earth and lovely. Not one ounce of snootiness in you even after being an influencer all this time! Keep humble, keep beautiful and stay happy…so much love ❤️
The whole designer thing-- is one of the main reasons i respect you and have followed you for so long. I love that it's not important to you. I found myself following influencers that became so obsessed with it- it was making me want and buy stuff i don't even like. So, thank you for being yourself!
I’m from a family who buys designer clothes, because they have worked hard throughout their lives and now they can buy designer items and have the money afterwards to not worry about it. I wouldn’t say we are Rich, but being able to afford designer clothes and have a healthy lifestyle is okay too. Not to mention we do still buy from brands and high street shops too ! Xx
Thanks for taking us along to the shops with you and Nick! My first and only “designer” purchase was actually a used Coach bag off Facebook marketplace for $100 like 6 years ago. I still have and love that bag!
YES! I am totally with you on designer items. I find them an unnecessary expense. If I had enough money to afford designer stuff, I'd still live the way I am now, but help people in need rather than buy a t-shirt or shoes for the sake of a label. P.S. I cut down on eating cheese after the first time you mentioned that it makes you break out and my skin is sooooo much better. You've helped me without even knowing it! It seems to be the harder, yellow cheeses, like gouda and cheddar, that make me break out. Small amounts of cream cheese seem to be okay. Apparently, the bioactive components in cheese is what causes blocked pores, oily skin and break outs, if what I've read is correct on Live Science. Who knew? Either way, cutting out cheese is working for me!
I love Kate Spade. 90% of designer bags/ shoes/ clothing I’ve gotten is from Winners (Canada). So like your TK Maxx. It’s not the newest styles but at a great fraction of the cost
I always find that TK MAXX is the BEST place to go for designer stuff ... they may still be pricey (depending on what you buy) but for what you would pay on a branded website or in branded shop it's so much more cheaper in TK ☺️
I think it’s good to pay for quality when you can get it. I’m not really to into designers. Although I do really like a lot of Betsey Johnson’s designs.
Not sure if anyone commented on the Crunchwrap closing thing but yeah you are right they do use something on top that helps it close and that is some melted nacho cheese sauce spread on top to seal it well at least thats how we used to do it when I worked there like 10 years ago
We make those wraps with burgers so much since seeing that tictok! Sooooo good, a thinner burger makes it better and it holds closed. We skip the onions sometimes to make it faster 😆
I went through the name brand phase in 7th-10th grade… for my school it was Hollister, Aeropostale, Vans etc. which I know isn’t expensive but it was for my family… then I got into the style of clothes and not labels… but now I moved from the south to the north and last winter was my first winter… I had bought some cheap jackets, hoodies etc and they kept me warm enough but I was gifted a Columbia fleece jacket and a northface sweatshirt… I wore those and loved them and appreciated them so much… so now this year I’m on the hunt for the best sales on quality warm clothes that will last me like 5-10+ winters.
I like designer stuff but the prices are absolutely insane! They even increase every once in a while. I remember the lv speedy being €850 and I’ve recently purchased it for €1350 🥴
Bicester village...haven't been there since it first opened. Had to go to get shoes for my daughter...her feet were tiny and bicester village was only place I could get any.
I have crunch wraps all the time! Different things i do is that i use mince and a few herbs/spices, cheese sauce with a bit of grated cheese, and lightly salted doritos but with a bit of sour cream on them. To seal them i used to fry them but i tried putting them in a panini press and it works so well! I
I understand were you're coming from with designers clothing & accessories. Even though I can't out right buy designer items, right now, I tend to gravitate to the more subtle logos (tone-on-tone) or no logos at all. The Gucci t-shirt, I would probably never wear, but I would wear the Balmain sleeveless with gold buttons t-shirt, because I it's more my style. I never thought that saving money for something you want is mismanagement of funds. In-fact, I think it shows maturity in handling one's finances. Not sure if you've have/had lay-a-way in the UK, but it was a big thing where I grew up. If it wasn't from the thrift (charity shop) store, then our clothes went on lay-a-way that was paid on every two weeks until the balance was paid off. Saving for something someone wants doesn't mean they are trying to show off (at least, not for everyone). It could simply mean that they liked something, put in the work to get it and got it. I have two Coach wristlet (brown with fish & white with a bumble bee) and one Coach handbag (white with a bumble bee). All three have the signature Coach 'CC' logo, but they are tone-on-tone, so not as noticeable. The fish wristlet was a gift, but I saved for the other two, because I have a think for bees.
A Kate Spade wallet was my first designer purchase that I’ve ever made, along with a necklace💗 I have no other designer items, but I think practical is the way to go though. I treated myself when I made the purchase, plus I was in the market for a purse/wallet, it pretty much stays in a larger purse so no one sees it, but the quality is lasting more so than my previous cheap one. But I’m on the same page as you with your categorization haha
In North America, we call these Outlet Malls. Where designers/name brands sell what is defined as ‘lower end’ items or out of season items. I never understood any of it, but some of the stores have AMAZING prices. Like Gap, I can get sweatshirts (jumpers) for $25. That’s cheaper than other stores, and the quality is amazing. But your mall is SO much prettier! The way it’s laid out is just so much cozier than ours.
I'm not a designer person either, but I do buy some things for my son on birthdays and Christmas so he has key pieces that he can mix with his clothes from primark and menkind. But I only ever buy them from TK Max and I save for them. One of his favourite items is a long sleeve t-shirt by Vivian Westwood, lovely dark teal/ deep green with a very small crown. His six form tutor really wanted one, so my son said TK Max sir brilliant price. Now all his friend go there to shop for their signature piece. We love a bargain ☺
I also do not have good feelings about designer stuff. If the quality is there, absolutely I will spend more, but I'm not about labels or logos or anything. I do have a wallet from Kate Spade that I love, but same as you I had really specific requirements and that happened to be the one that fit them. I've bought a couple bags secondhand that were designer, specifically my favorite black crossbody is a really fancy leather maker I got for $6USD at a thrift store. I did have to sew the strap back on, but I love that bag so much. I do also have a lot of outdoor equipment/clothes that are like designer of the outdoor world. Patagonia, Kuhl, Black Diamond. But, again, it's more about the quality than the name brand of it and all is second hand.
Perfect video to wake up to and watch ❤❤ I am the person who just doesn’t care about brand, I care more about if I like it. I also don’t personally like brands that make sure everyone can see their label on their products, I’m talking about clothing that is literally a brand name across the shirt lol. Wallets and purses showing their brand is normal I suppose, but again it’s not the brand that I go for it’s if I like it. I don’t know if I’m making since lol ❤
I have a few Coach bags and Dooney and Bourke. Quite a few Vera Bradley bags and travel items, I was obsessed with her stuff at one time. Lol I do have a Patricia Nash bag that I love, such a soft leather. That’s as designer as I get. 😂
I have a jucy couture wallet that I got at Ross and I've had it for 3 years and you'd never know. It was originally like $85-$90 and I payed I believe $15. Needless to say I'm so happy with my purchase! 😂 ❤️
What you called a purse I'd say was a wallet. Purse, bag, and handbag are all the same thing where I'm from. I have some Coach purses and a pair of Coach shoes. I was gifted a huge Michael Kors bag for Christmas a few years ago. I've gifted myself Michael Kors shoes a few times. But I'm not really picky and I'll shop Target, Thrift Stores, and outlet malls too. I just really like shoes and bags lol
i completely agree on the whole "designer" thing with one exception. I would wear a shirt or whatever with a brand emblazoned across it if I was getting paid to wear it, but no way in hell would I pay someone to advertise for them. They want their brand showed off I gots to be paid.
And then......there's people who can afford designer, buy designer, wear designer and you would never know it as they are not items with an offensively big logo on them 😉🤗🤗🤗 😊 nor the items that are so popular and easy to recognise😊 Congrats on your purchase! May it bring you joy always 🤗🤗🤗
Don't ever change you are awesome just the way you are and you don't need designer items to make you better than you already are. They are a waste of money they're pointless unnecessary.
This place has changed . We used to go here growing up I remember the play park part fondly but we called it clarksvillage and there weren’t as many brands there I feel
Jazzy I am lactose intolerant I don't mess with other cheese but parmesan is different it doesn't bother me. I get the real shredded real good cheese. It's in a container plastic container I get the Buitoni brand. Or just get a small block and shredd it. But that buitoni is so so good. You might not have that brand over there in the UK but find one that's really good.
My mum bought me a Louis Vuitton travel bag also she gave her white multicolor mini speedy bag to go with my travel bag, I have bought a Michael Kors purse. i took my speedy bag out when I was shopping omg, I thought I was going to get mugged I was in Toledo this was years ago. So only use it on special occasions.
Hi Jazz How are you? Love your glasses where are they from? let me know? Nice little video, I am with you on the designer sided of things I have one or two designer thing. so I would say I'm in the second category
The only designer bag that I bought myself was Coach. I got it after I graduated from nursing school in 2008. A few years later my now ex-husband bought me a Louis Vuitton bag in 2011. I still have it and it still looks like the day I got it. My current husband has bought me two Louis Vuitton wallets. One is a very small one I can put in my pocket if we are going somewhere I don’t want to carry a purse. After I got the Louis Vuitton bag I gave the Coach to my mother. She just passed away last month from a long battle with ALS. She was still using the Coach bag. Those are the only “designer” things I have. I do pay a little more for my shoes but being a nurse I need good ones. As far as clothes, I 100% agree with Jazz. I just buy normal clothes and don’t care about the name. I would rather go on trips or buy things for friends and family.
Totally agree on the designer thing, i remember years ago my friend had had a baby and we were shopping and i saw a really cute dress, and my friend was like oooh that is cute, looked at it, put it back and said but it doesn't have a designer label on it! I said why does it HAVE to have a designer label on it, it is cute and cheaper (was really well made) i thought what a snob. My Neice only wants to wear sporty clothes with the designer logos on.....to me all someone is doing is advertising the company like walking around with an advertisement on your chest, i don't really 'get it' But then my parents were far from rich and we were thankful for what we got growing up.
love the video jazzy, I could not afford what you have just bought I wish I could my places I shop asda or maybe tesco or primark only jewellery I wear is my wedding ring and a watch or earrings hope you both enjoyed your day out shopping. x ♥️
Won't lie...i do like my designer bags but I'm the kind of person that saves for things, just to treat myself for doing well at something... Like getting a promotion... Finishing a college course etc. They mean the world to me as they signify an achievement for me. Designer clothes don't interest me though. Ah vista village looks like a slightly bigger version of Kildare village in Ireland. The structuring of the shop fronts is almost identical to Kildare village, but the shops seem to be a lot bigger.
Totally agree about the designer stuff. Now used to be the designer stuff was better made, not sure that is always the case anymore. Definitely got to get it on sale, which you did🎉 now big question…did you keep it??? I hope you did if you loved it 😉. That wrap was so yummy looking, thanks for showing it!🧡🖤🧡
Warm up the tortilla before you wrap it up and before you cook it spray it with some cooking spray it or the Pan it'll work out better for you also you can get the extra large tortillas and you won't last chance of ripping
Dampen a bit of kitchen roll and have it next to where you’re chopping onions as its something to do with the nearest water source, and that will stop your eyes watering 😁🤓
@@dees3179 Interesting distinction, thanks! I I guess I do call a thing for just coins a coin purse, but my wallet has a place for cards and coins and cash and I call it a wallet
I’m with you on designer clothes, I like some but won’t spend that silly amount of money, I would rather buy more items for the price of the one item of designer, I also find designer clothes crease a hell of a lot more than the cheaper clothes, x
I have some Dior and some Chloe sunglasses. But I got them from TKMaxx during lockdown. I’d rather spend my money on travel than things. But if I was to buy designer it would only be accessories. Garments I probably wouldnt get the wear out of to be worth the money. Also, why not cook the burger in the air fryer next time before adding to the wrap :)
id recomend u look up copycat crunchwrap. i use creme fraise/mayo sauce as first thing, then meat, chips, salsa, salat and cheese. then wrap it. u need biiiig wraps or normal and a smaller one. the cheese helps ut stick togther. and the sauce from first layer, i prefere it getting all the way around to the edges. and consitter giving the wraps a few secs in the microwave. they get a bit more elastic when warm.
if you have problems with cheese try have lacto free one . I been diagnosed that i cant eat lactose what destroy me little inside because cheese is my favourite food . And i was vegan also like 2 years so i know that vegan cheese is just not nice so i try lacto free cheese and it was perfect for me taste like cheese and also dont give me any problems with my skin like normal cheese do . 👌
The tiny bag at coach is for AirPods 😊. I was in Michael Kors the other day and they have them too. I asked 🤣 I joked and said it was the perfect size bag for my baby 🤣
I love Kate Spade! Their prices are weird-they will have a price on the item, but then there are usually huge sales so you get major discounts. I even get a teaching discount at our Kate Spade! :)
I bought designer once and I wasn't fulfilled like I thought I would be. I was actually embarrassed b/c I felt like people would think I was rich when I am in fact poor. And I didn't want to stand out. I sold the MK purse to a church friend for 50 dollars. The purse was brand new.
You’re 💯 on the designer thoughts. Same thing with people posing with a wad of cash - only poor people do that! I’m partial to Coach and Louis Vuitton for myself (dude). The thing at Coach you were confused about it an anti-bac holster. I have 2 of them. :/
I had Armani glasses accidentally, sale on the frames bc they were last season lol well I just bought the cheapest frames our insurance would pay for in the gold wire frame style I liked best got home and see the Georgia Armani in tiny etching on the bow of the glasses
Don’t ever change !! You have a very healthy view of designer things
Yes!!! The most designer thing I have is Morphe blush. LOL. That's it!!!! I have no designer clothes or bags or anything. I'm just like her.
I agree. I have never been a " I must have all of the designer things " type of person and I don't really understand when people are. I have people in my family who have always needed the designer jeans and clothing and I'm just like here's a $5 pair of pants that are comfortable. I love the honesty of what you think of designer clothes etc! I feel the exact same as you!!
You can't beat primark 😊 also the supermarkets clothing ranges are amazing 😁
I think Walmart and Target have some really cute clothes ❤
I’m from a family who buys designer clothes, because they have worked hard throughout their lives and now they can buy designer items and have the money afterwards to not worry about it. kate Spade really isn't a "designer" brand, but a lot of their stuff is CUTE af and i love that for you!
It's definitely a designer brand it may not be as luxurious/in ur face as Gucci but it's up there🙂 ...RIP to her🙏🏾
I think Kate spade is more comparable to Michael kors and coach. Where as Gucci is more like Versace and Luis, etc
YES! I am totally with you on designer items. I find them an unnecessary expense. If I had enough money to afford designer stuff, I'd still live the way I am now, but help people in need rather than buy a t-shirt or shoes for the sake of a label.

I love Kate Spade. 90% of designer bags/ shoes/ clothing I’ve gotten is from Winners (Canada). So like your TK Maxx. It’s not the newest styles but at a great fraction of the cost
Barry Lewis on TH-cam shows u the best crunch wrap! Even my very fussy son can’t get enough of them
I always find that TK MAXX is the BEST place to go for designer stuff ... they may still be pricey (depending on what you buy) but for what you would pay on a branded website or in branded shop it's so much more cheaper in TK ☺️
I think it’s good to pay for quality when you can get it. I’m not really to into designers. Although I do really like a lot of Betsey Johnson’s designs.
After a 12.5 hour shift is nice to watch a jazzy video x
Your view on designer wear is why I love you girl!! 😍
Great choice. Kate spade is one of my fav brands. I haven’t owned a few of her bags. X
Omg….that yellow feathery bag from Jimmy Choo! 🥰😍🥰
Another hack for stopping your eyes watering while chopping onions,is to peal the onion first then run the onion under cold water from your tap xx
I do the same thing for onions! I think it does work. Even if your eyes water you can stick it out and it helps settle it
You can also out a damp towel or wet paper towel on the corner of your cutting board and that helps you not to cry! 😊

Same!! We have a Kate Spade outlet and I got some great deals on my purse. It's definitely worth the cost for quality but also at a deal!
The tongue thing may work, somewhat, because the onion fumes go for moisture. Wet, hands or a wet paper towel helps too

You need packing cubes to organize your suitcase. You will def love them
I have a few Coach bags and Dooney and Bourke. Quite a few Vera Bradley bags and travel items, I was obsessed with her stuff at one time. Lol I do have a Patricia Nash bag that I love, such a soft leather. That’s as designer as I get. 😂
14:32 those tiny bags are AirPod case covers
Always love your vids! 🥰
I’ve always loved Coach purses (bags?) I’ve made it my mission to find used ones at thrift stores. Last one was $30 for a tote and before was $7
I think that thing for £120 was a airport holder and that coach perfume one of my favs
A tip for onions is chewing a mint gum while chopping really works!
Btw love you ❤❤
I have a jucy couture wallet that I got at Ross and I've had it for 3 years and you'd never know. It was originally like $85-$90 and I payed I believe $15. Needless to say I'm so happy with my purchase! 😂 ❤️

Ignore that I looked it up and they are just very similar looking places but in completely different places haha 😂
14:51 they're for airpods!
Use about 3 tablespoons of mince cooked with taco seasoning instead of a burger - so nice 👌 also because it’s smaller you just need 1 wrap
Couldn’t agree with you more in regards to purchasing products that are the exact same whether or not they are designer
Totally agree with you with branded items that scream the brand.
I went to Chester Okes a few weeks ago and been a Geordie I felt like I was on another planet lol 😆
Love the bag. I don't feel either way about having designer. Probably because I can't afford any of it lol
You’re beautiful just as you are! ❤❤❤ Who cares what strangers at a shop are thinking of you when they’re only going to be in your life for 5 seconds!
Jazzy I am lactose intolerant I don't mess with other cheese but parmesan is different it doesn't bother me. I get the real shredded real good cheese. Loved this ❤️😊 and glad you got something that suited you and worked for you rather than a unecessary item 💕 mine would of been 100% on food though 🤣
Loving this video ❤️
Not sure if it's designer, but I love the brand 'Love Moschino' all the hardware being hearts and cute makes for such adorable peices.
Moschino is designer, but I believe 'Love Moschino' is their in-expensive line.
@@chenisejenkins1786 thankyou, itmight be in expensive but still $500 AUD a bag. Which hurts 😂
love the video jazzy, I could not afford what you have just bought I wish I could my places I shop asda or maybe tesco or primark only jewellery I wear is my wedding ring and a watch or earrings hope you both enjoyed your day out shopping.
We call a gents money holder a Wallet and for female a purse. In South Africa
Totally agree about the designer stuff. Now used to be the designer stuff was better made, not sure that is always the case anymore. Definitely got to get it on sale, which you did🎉 now big question…did you keep it??? I hope you did if you loved it 😉. That wrap was so yummy looking, thanks for showing it!🧡🖤🧡
I think the small thing from coach was an airpod case and one was hand sanitizer.
Try to cook the wrap in electric grill that closes, so mutch better.😍
Warm up the tortilla before you wrap it up and before you cook it spray it with some cooking spray it or the Pan it'll work out better for you also you can get the extra large tortillas and you won't last chance of ripping
Think the only thing i brought a few years ago is cath kidston disney bag. I also like loungfly but dnt think they are designer
Dampen a bit of kitchen roll and have it next to where you’re chopping onions as its something to do with the nearest water source, and that will stop your eyes watering 😁🤓
I have Michaels core bag a coach handbag which I got both of them at yard sales for amazing prices and yes they are real
I have the same feelings about designer items. I’m not spending $100 on a basic white tee when I can get a quality shirt for $20
Warm up the tortillas before hand it will make it easier. I worked at taco bell
Hi with the wrap wet it and then do it but not to much
I have there Guess bags…. To me and my budget they are designer but i love Them all
Yes Jazzy, that is the perfect description of designer wearing categories - I just think why buy designer......
Onion fumes go to the nearest water source.... if you have a glass of water.. a wet towel or run the tap your eyes will be spared
Question, the Michael Kors purse you have I would call a wallet, so is that a British thing? What do you call a purse then, a handbag?
Something you have a place for coins. Anything else is a wallet. Handbag is what the purse goes in.
I'm pretty sure the little leather bag thing is a holder for dog poo bags 😂
I agree so much with you!! Why would I spend hundreds on something I can buy for $5-10. I understand more so for accessories though like purses.
That’s my perfume the coach New York for women amazing but I get it at a discount store can’t afford full price 😅 I love your videos
if you have problems with cheese try have lacto free one .
I was thinking more down the lines of doggy bags holder
Me walking round bicester village would be like the scene in Pretty Women when she tries to buy clothes on Rodeo Drive 🤣🤣🤣
I love Kate Spade! Their prices are weird-they will have a price on the item, but then there are usually huge sales so you get major discounts. I even get a teaching discount at our Kate Spade! :)
I love your vlogs you an nick are hilarious ❤ 😂 btw that bacon looks a bit undercooked 😮
I have designer glasses. I do buy Air Jordan’s. I would love a Louis handbag or purse I’ll get it one day
🤣☠️ "I can't really afford it but I bought it to show you that I can."
Stick your onion in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before cutting it and your eyes won't water 😊
When cutting onions place a wet paper towel next to the cutting board.
Yeah I 100% agree. No need for designer
I had Armani glasses accidentally, sale on the frames bc they were last season lol well I just bought the cheapest frames our insurance would pay for in the gold wire frame style I liked best got home and see the Georgia Armani in tiny etching on the bow of the glasses
