200whp on a 2387cc POWERHAUS VW Engine

Running some Dyno pulls & making a few jet & muffler changes on Jeff's Powerhaus Built 2387cc engine in our Shop Car before we install into his beautiful 55 Oval Window Bug.
Making changes is a bit easier while the back end of the car has been removed. Final pull was 198.98hp@6500rpm with 186 max torque to the rear wheels with the alternator belt removed.
We have seen 15-17hp loss in the past but this pulley size set up was robbing us 24hp so we will be making a pulley change.

What do you recommend for the best pulley set up for a lightly tunes street bug (1600cc)?

At the dragstrip I'm guessing that would be a high 11 second car.

Assuming 15% drive train loss (the rule of thumb) this car is making 228.8 hp at the flywheel!
