Won Ascension 7 on the Silent today.
Got three Wraith Forms with Runic Pyramid. It felt very disgusting. Nearly lost due to accidentally taking Dead Branch right before the Act 3 Boss, due to using Shivs as my damage source, but I pulled through.

This is an interesting concept
Only recommendation I have if you're going to continue this style:
Give yourself the ability to "release" a relic, i.e. remove it from your inventory not at a campfire, but it doesn't go into the box of usable relics
Therein when you have something like Tiny house you can go pick up another relic prior to hitting the campfire and boxing a relic you may actually want/need, you can just sacrifice a relic to the wild instead.

Challenge idea. Not sure if it’s possible but.
What if you start every combat with a bottled blastphemy and you have to play it turn 1.
Maybe not on bosses

What you should do to turn from gen 1 to gen 2: activate replay the spire. Reason : the difference between each gen is big. Replay the spire is a big mod

A thing you could do to evolve the challenge a bit more is if you can only swap relics if you do a specific action at the bonfire. For exmaple, you can only swap when you recall, which makes it a big choice. Or only swapping when you rest/smith.

Took me awhile to think of this. Generally in a run you need to choose a direction early on. This might include shivs OR poison in the case of the silent. What if you did a challenge run where you try to find a winning deck on act 1. However there is a lot of leverage you get just from the longevity of the runs with shops so id say shopping for cards is allowed but only in acts 3 & 4.
