In 4:28 what command/keyboard shortcut did you use to display the port information?

4:28 I cannot see if any info was displayed

​@@gurutechnetworks You have disabled Preference always show Port labels under Options. At about 4:28 the mouse is connected to a port and this label is displayed e.g. b. f0/1 shown.
