After first pass I stopped him and told him "slow down because he could hit a hole and the suspension sucks". Again, immediately he takes off at full throttle. Sure enough he hits a hole and launches over the handle bars. Long story short, my handle bar is bent and the front fork is twisted. Replacement parts are out of stock and there are zero TH-cam videos to help me even if I could find the parts. No, it's not your typical triple tree with pinch bolts. It's totally different. The only motorcycle repair shop near me works exclusively on Harley Davidson but the owner was curious and said he'd give it a look. I'm not feeling confident but I have no choice. Its a great bike for the money. If ur looking for something thts fun, cheap and has storage to scoot around on roads 45mph and below this is a pretty good option!
@@douglasboyd8475 gonna really depend if your mechanically inclined or not lol. Generally it being a newer bike its not really gonna be a issue until down the road. Ive heard people have issues with them running weird but mine has been perfect. Getting a carbureted bike isnt as good as fuel injected but that part of the reason the bike is so cheap. Im pretty mechanical and familiar with carbs so its not a factor for me but someone who isn’t interested in touching the bike other than riding and filling it up might not like it if they see owning this long term. In my opinion you should know how to adjust the idle and drain the bowl on a carb when owning a carbureted bike. Being able to adjust idle can help you if your bike is tending to want to stall when coming to a stop(raise idle in small increments they are sensitive on this bike) this is what most people have issues on. Also being able to draining the bowl will allow you to flush out old gas if your having trouble starting it after its been sitting for a while. Both are not to difficult to figure out and can save you headaches and money taking it to the dealer unless your under warranty. The bike is really easy to work on in comparison to other bikes, its oil change isn’t bad to do yourself either if your into that. Being carbureted it isnt going to be flawless like a fuel injected bike when it coming to starting the bike. Unless you get intake and/or exhaust pulling the carb shouldn’t be necessary for many years. Its a draw back in the fact that it will be slightly more finicky long term compared to fuel injected and not gonna start up right away every time.
Mines been flawless even after the mnnthbx intake and rejetting it. Runs great I did raise idle slightly(1/8 of a turn) after installing the intake because it was idling to low but besides that starts right up and goes 👍🏼

@@Floatsorrolls1 wow thats cheap! I live in MN and i will be paying almost 3k for it so i will need to teavel out state to get one for that price. Let me know if ur store is not too far past my bordering states.
@@juliosdiy3206 I picked it up local in Ohio, Cincinnati area so pretty far haul. Beechmont motorsports to be exact. Pricing is crazy ive heard people paying from like 2200 to 4000. Shopping around is definitely ur best bet nearest place ive seen of cheap deals is Indiana but thats still quite a haul from you. Seems like most people are paying 2500 to 2900 otd country wide based on the forums. (But some states ur pretty much gonna have to pay more. Florida these things are supposedly impossible to get under 3k )Hope this help and goodluck on finding ur Navi😎🤙🏼
Cool
Do you run premium fuel?
I almost always put premium in all the toys but only had about a tank through it so far since snowy roads ❄️ I put mid grade in it. Runs perfect. When I can I do but if u are at a standard pump three grades one nozzle u hardly get the good stuff since the tank is so small and the first bit that comes out is normally wht the person b4 u got being 87oct.
@@Floatsorrolls1 Holy oops I crapt my pantsuit! I'm an old guy and always put premium in my bike and that never occurred to me, derrr! Mines 2 gallon (Honda VLX 600) so I guess I get a lil of the good stuff. Gotta tell my son not to worry bout it with his Navi though. Brilliant observation sir!

Thanks for the video. Anyone down for a ride in ct?
Is 6 foot tall to tall for this?
Not at all im actually less cramped on this bike than my fz07. The navi has a upright riding position and slim side panels give you plenty of room for your knees. Im 6ft and dont have any complaints. Its a great bike for the money. If ur looking for something thts fun, cheap and has storage to scoot around on roads 45mph and below this is a pretty good option!
@@Floatsorrolls1 Cool. I’m 6 foot. 34 inseam. I love the bike. Oh does it having a regular carb suck? That seems like a draw back.
Is your carb as flaky as Quasimotards?
Mines been flawless even after the mnnthbx intake and rejetting it. Runs great I did raise idle slightly(1/8 of a turn) after installing the intake because it was idling to low but besides that starts right up and goes 👍🏼
I don't think that removing the flame arrestor will make any difference in performance. Prove me wrong. Thanks.
Its that extra weight reduction! A whopping 1.75ounces off the bike lol. Im weighing the bike this week so had to throw it on the scale 🤣.
@@Floatsorrolls1 Pulling a utility trailer with about 1" opening in the wire mesh had TREMENDOUS drag! At high rpm, I can see your screen removal adding 5 or 10%...
Is that really as small as it looks… I don’t think I could ride it.
Lol im 6’1” and comfortable on it but have the handlebars positioned higher. Really comparable to a grom in size if tht helps.
@@Floatsorrolls1 I hurt after riding my wife’s Harley Sportster.
I need a much taller bike or my legs cramp up.
@@thatguy6207 I would probably steer yah away from it then the suspension is not forgiving on a budget bike like this. Of the bikes I have the Yamaha Tenere 700 is the best bike for someone tall fits my dad (6’6”) perfectly and rides smooth but we are talking completely different ballparks in term of price and bike lol. Not to mention ur girl will leave u in the dust with u on the Navi lol. Top speed is 53mph. The Tenere 700 is the bike doing a wheelie past me in the intro to this video by the way lol.
