I could live here for most of my adult life. I'd convert the ground floor bedroom to a gym so you can roll out the equipment in the backyard as well. Install great surround audio systems and acoustics. Turn master suite into a home office/bedroom combi and leave the other bedroom as a guest suite. I would however elongate the carport to cover the whole car with a ceiling and use that extra space as a balcony from the second floor perhaps.
Utterly amazing design. The only thing I would add are closets. Kudos tho!

yeah in the USA where the materials are the cheapest part and the land and labour are 90% of the price.

Material shortages are a real problem here and land in central Europe is ridiculous expensive.

Das Haus ist wunderbar, aber der weiße Sessel und der Teppich passen nicht dazu. Ich hätte ein wunderschönes Ecksofa und einen Teppich in fröhlichen Farben hingestellt. Auch hätte ich im großen Schlafzimmer, einen Balkon erwartet. 😉🥰

the design is so impressive and modern. I do appreciate the choice to watch your great tanlent so I just bought a cup of coffee for you and tweet it. I have a naive question: Given the fact that construction cost is so high in the States, how come the total cost of the project be around at $43k? My friend is developing houses in Panama City Beach now, she said only labor will cost maybe more than this. Is $43k total cost for building up this project?

About the price, all my estimations are based in Philippines price list, not Europe or US.
In Philippines, everything about house is cheaper.
in India, it's cheaper than Philippines my friend told me.

I find it difficult to believe that is a 6m frontage especially considering your other designs with 6m frontage which look much narrower.

What is the house in Canadian funds? I would get rid of the desks in the bedrooms to have more closet space. Also all the tvs out of the bedrooms.

The house looks amazing but it is either made out of cardboard or refurbished material that won’t hold up the fixtures and plumbing alone cost more than $40k

Love the designs, but I really don’t understand all the tiny bathrooms. In Europe it is quite common to have on big bathroom for two or three bedrooms. So there is plenty enough space to have a bath and a shower as well as a toilet and not to mention you save a ton of extra furniture. I mean.. this is a family house not a student appartement right? Where privacy is a big issue?? Keep up the good work!! :)

But It's an interesting idea to put one big bathroom for everyone for more space.

I like the layout, but not the style (ultra modern isn’t my thing). I would personally prefer something with a garage and more closet space. Other than that, not bad!

I've gone through the comments and you specify these are Philippines costs. The idea is that there is a cost per square meter to build and multiplied by the total square meter is your final build cost, this excludes your land cost. $66 000/ 144 sqm = $458 sqm.
There is no way these building prices will the same or cheaper in the USA.

If you don't have any manual skills yes this will cost you 43 and up wards to build depending how much of the fake paper you will get per year
