I know Lake Chapala region has above average prices, but over 500K US? Seems double what I thought. For any good real estate investment, it should be able to rent for 1% of monthly payments. There's no way you could rent that for $5000 USD per month.

@@wormslakechapalamexicoprop8376 My wife and I have been looking for years, we are trying to move out of the states, I am disabled and need a wheelchair, the property looks decent for wheelchairs but there are a few things I would need to ask like if there could be a way to put some ramps or a lift on the property, we can't leave yet though as I have doctors stuff throughout the year but we are hoping to head out soon, I was also wondering if the property has an HOA fee?

This home is located within Riberas and in town. It is a few blocks form the main road that connects all of the village areas. Lake chapala is one large mass of population with villages that connect. From East to West is Chapala, Riberas, San Antonio Tlayacapan, Ajijic, San Juan Cosala, Jocotepec. It is also about four blocks from the lake. In the video there is a lake view from the rooftop deck.

@@wormslakechapalamexicoprop8376 We've been coming here for ten years and have rented in San Antonio for two years. Now it's time to buy, and we're avidly house hunting, yes. My interest in your channel (we have a long-time realtor) is that it *sometimes* surfaces properties that escape our radar. Our primary interest is centro-only and walkable, so we must pay close attention for the few homes like this that come available in SAT or Chapala. This property isn't a great match, anyway.
I wonder if they're selling because they're tired of living next to that dog! Just kidding. Absolutely stunning property and the details really are exquisite. The Moroccan tiled bathroom with pendant lamps is so gorgeous, as is the mirador view and the second space with so many doors to truly let the outside in. The fact that it's close to Pancho's is just icing on the cake. Whoever gets this place is lucky.
The owners bought another home. Dogs always seem to bark when I film. It is normally very quiet.
