So, the man talking about Jimmy doing drugs is my father (his road manager NOT the guy in scrubs). I'd like to point out that the interview he did wasn't just talking about drug use it was talking about Jimmy's life in fame and what it was like working as his road manager. He wasn't blaming his death on drugs, he actually swore down until the day he died that Jimmy was in fact murdered by his own management because Jimmy was going to go on to a new person to be his manager. My father even wrote a book on it. Its really annoying that they edited this to make it look like he was blaming it on the drugs 🙄
Dr. John Bannister who was the attending doctor when Jimi was brought in said in a filmed interview "I couldn't understand how much fluids were in his lungs it was just impossible to remove the amount of red wine in his throat and pharynx. It was more than just somebody drowning on a glass or two of red wine well i think at least two or three bottles of red wine." He also recalled Jimi's hair being matted down with it. That he was naked except for something being wrapped around him like a towel or throw. (I just watched the interview AGAIN a few minutes ago and have already forgotten specifically what it was but the point is he had not a stitch of clothes on.) It too was covered in red wine. How on earth a person could consume that volume of wine at once I do not know. Jimi's blood alcohol limit was low and well below the legal limit to drive even by today's laws. This means that this wasn't wine consumed over a period of time and then regurgitated later. It hadn't even made it into his blood stream. However the glass or two of WHITE wine he is reported to have had at dinner is consistent with the levels found at death. Most of what Dr. Bannister says in the filmed interview is NOT found in official documents. One report does mention a large amount of red wine but thats pretty much the extent of it. However Dr Bannister was/is (not sure if he is still alive) a well respected physician. He practiced in the UK and in his native Australia. I think his statements have to be taken as fact. He said at the time he was unaware of who Jimi even was but he could still after 50 years vividly recall the event. Its not everyday you witness someone who has drown in a copious amount of wine. Some people want to discount it since its not on paper. Dr Bannister had came across the book "Electric Gypsy" or excerpt from it where Jimis death was discussed. The amount of false/incorrect information bothered him so much he wrote the author about it! To me that says a lot, and he wanted to set the record straight. Jimi was not brought in alive or even barely. Dr Bannister, a nurse and another doctor all worked on him. He stated "Hendrix had been dead for some time, without a doubt, hours rather than minutes. He didn't have any pulse. The inside of his mouth and mucous membranes were black because he had been dead for some time. He had had no circulation through his tissues at any time immediately prior to coming to hospital." He also mentions rigor mortis had began to set in or something to that effect. So that is a pretty good indicator that he had been dead at least a couple of hours. On average it takes 2 to 6 hours before the muscles of the face begin to stiffen. It then progresses through the limbs until the entire body becomes stiff. Monika Dannemann who was with Jimi during his last days changed her account of the events surrounding his death many times throughout the years. Including but not limited to when she discovered Jimi was in trouble/dead, having gone out for a pack of cigarettes that morning/or not?, even the times she said she woke up were inconsistent. (Her official cause of death in 1996 is listed as Suicide. She used the exhaust from her car.) Some have stated that at the time in question she appeared more concerned with removing drugs and drug paraphernalia from the scene than with anything else. IMO thats consistent with the doctor saying he had been dead for some time. Their is also archival footage of 2 individuals burying what is alleged to be those very items in the garden area of this location. The time is not shown or stated and has been debated as a result. Some say it happened later that day after Jimi had been taken to hospital. Others argue it was clearly early morning. This is extrapolated from several known facts. It was a dry summer and had not rained on or around Jimi's time of death. There was no sprinkler system on this site. Yet on close inspection of the footage moisture is visible on the lawn, leaves of surrounding foliage, and other surfaces. Given what is known it is logical to conclude this is dew and still early morning. An ambulance was not even summoned to the scene until 11:18 a.m. So you draw your own conclusions 🤷♀️. Though we can't conclusively say either way what exactly happened to this immensely talented and beloved human being. I do think there are a lot of highly suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. Key witnesses have changed their statements, there are large chunks of time surrounding his death that are unknown and much of what has been alleged can't be verified. I think as humans we all want answers when it comes to the death of a loved one or someone that has impacted our lives, such as Hendrix. Anytime there are questions that go unanswered people seek to fill in the blanks however they can. It makes what is already a tragedy even more difficult. As well as mysterious. Jimi was a young man taken out in his prime. Not someone old and infirm who died in their sleep of natural causes. This we could all readily accept. I try to find a logical explanation for all of the known facts. I've studied his death for years and poured over all of the accounts, available online documents and read countless books. I won't go so far as to say I believe Jimi was murdered but I also won't say that he wasn't. I think if I had to point to the one thing that really made me consider it as a possibility it would be the interview Dr. Bannister gave on camera in his later years. As he gave his account of attending to Jimi in the hospital you could tell it was something that had stuck with him over the years. It wasn't at all the emotionless clinical pespective I had expected. He vividly recalled the state jimi was in on arrival. The amount of red wine not only on but inside of Jimi clearly astounded him. We're talking about a man who practiced medicine his entire life and at his current advanced age had probably witnessed some 💩 over the years. This happened over 50 years ago and he said he had seen nothing like it. So I'll just end things there and we can each form our own opinions. I wish I could post links on here but all of this information is available if you look for it. It won't always be the 1st thing to pop up and you may have to wade through alot of fluff and b.s. but some things resurface over and over again. These are the ones I started checking into and seeing if I could verify. Its a hobby and in my opinion time better spent than watching the Kardashians or gossiping on social media. It keeps my brain working...a little anyway. Lol I think we have to listen to what people who were directly involved in the situation and/or Jimi's life, such as your father, have to say. Sometimes things become cloudy over time then again they often come to light. I try to also study Jimis life and who he was as a person. His death was a fleeting tragic moment in time but he had 27 amazing years of life. He accomplished more in that short period of time than I ever could if given 3 lifetimes.

Read the corners report from Chris Welch's book on Jimi Hendrix. He stated Jimi at the time of his death was not a drug addict nor had he ever been. This large amount of alcohol in his throat is new to me. I did read the ambulance attendants had him sitting up in a chair while in the ambulance. Jimi from what I read kept leaning his head forward trying to get air, and the attendants kept pushing his head back preventing him from breathing.
He should have been laid on his side. That way, if he wanted to vomit, it would have come out easier. But, he may have been dead for quite some time before the ambulance workers got to him.

Reg Jones and John Saua were both very experienced ambulance attendants. They would have NEVER sat an unresponsive casualty like Jimi in a chair. They were both cleared of any wrong doing by the London Ambulance Service back in 92.

Their are too many ideas that have been floating around as to what caused his death. Was it murder? That has not been proven conclusively beyond the shadow of a doubt. To much speculation which leads me to believe, we may never know the true nature that led to his death. Apparently, he was drinking a good bit of wine with his girlfriend the evening before his death. He was unable to sleep, and apparently consumed 9 sleeping pills to remedy that situation. That many sleeping pills mixed with a good deal of alcohol most certainly could have done him in. Karen Quinlan combined valium with alcohol and slipped into a coma for many years, until her family finally pulled the plug on Karen. As I said, we may never know for 100% sure one way or the other. I guess, if someone really wanted to dig hard enough, and keep at it, maybe one day the truth will be known.
Its also important to stress that Jimi died early on the 18th. His autopsy didn't happen till the 21st. His bloods for Toxicology would have drawn during the autopsy. "Analysis of ethanol (alcohol) failed to reveal more 5mgs%. So, Hendrix didn't get his blood alcohol test for over 48hrs. At time of autopsy there was 46mg alcohol in his urine. "The blood alcohol was probably 100mg by the time he took the Vesparax". 20mg over the legal UK drink drive limit. Therefore, it would be fair to argue that Jimi's blood alcohol could have been higher at time of death. Indeed, putrification microorganisms can decrease BAC by up to 50%. He was seen drinking a glass of wine at Philip Harvey's that afternoon and later that night at Peter Cameron's party along with a Chinese take away, but he was not seen drinking excessively to cause concern. This was around midnight. Teare's autopsy on the 21st September revealed, "The stomach contained a medium size meal, in which rice could, 'be distinguished'. Though, Teare for some weird reason does not give Jimi's time of death, the undigested meal in his stomach does give us a clue. Donald Teare's successor, Dr Rufus Crompton, after re-examining Teare's original report stated that, on average it takes the stomach about four hours to empty. Thus, if Crompton is correct, we can establish time of death between 3am and 4am. So what happened? We know by reading the ambulance attendants reports that they arrived at the Samarkand at 11.27 (with the call being logged at (11.19). Attendants Reg Jones and John Saua were greeted by an empty flat with the front door wide open. Jones, goes on to say, "It was horrific...just a body on the bed...he was covered in vomit, there was tons of it all over the pillow, black and brown it was". Here's the kicker. Black vomit! Black vomit would indicate some kind of internal bleeding or something very wrong internally. However, nothing was picked up at the autopsy. Indeed, according to Teare, Hendrix was, "Well nourished and muscular young man with no external or internal injuries". So, how can we explain the presence of black vomit. I believe what Reg Jones was referring to was red wine vomit. John Saua stated, "Well I remember we had a hell of a time trying to suck him out (Clearing airway with aspirator)...the vomit was dry and there was a hell of a lot of it...we knew it was hopeless, nothing would have worked...I had to keep trying...an ambulance crew has to keep working on them until we can get them to the hospital. There was no pulse, no respiration...just a body on the bed. Reg Jones also explained, "His airway was blocked all the way down...his tongue had fallen back...I knew he was dead as soon as I walked in the room, you get a feel for it (death), I can't explain it, but I knew he was dead. Saua goes on to say, "I didn't recognise him, don't know how anyone could have recognised him...his own mother wouldn't have recognised him. But we are not Doctors, its our job to keep working on them until we can get them to the hospital... his gasses were gurgling, you get that when someone's dead. When we got him to the hospital, we had to clean the ambulance out it was a real mess...his bowls and bladder...all that goes when you're dead, that flat must have needed a good clean too". Another very important point made here also. In 1970 ambulance attendants did NOT have the authority to pronounce death. As the casualty (Hendrix) was found in an unresponsive condition, he would have automatically been taken to A&E and NOT directly to the morgue as some people have stated. Although, Reg and John personally felt Hendrix was dead, it was not their position to decide that. Enter Dr Brown, Bannister and Seifert. It was a young Australian Doctor, Dr Bob Brown who first saw Hendrix. Brown happened to be at the entrance of A&E at St Mary Abbott's Hospital when Jimi was brought in by ambulance. He vividly recalled seeing Hendrix being wheeled in on the ambulance stretcher. In an interview with author Aiden Prewett for his book, 'Our Jimi ' Brown states, "It was in the morning...I was outside the emergency department of St Mary Abbott's and he (Hendrix) was brought up from an ambulance...I saw him and checked him..but saw there was nothing to be done...all that was apparent was that he was dead and beyond recovery. He'd been dead for quite a while...there wasn't any treatment for anybody in his circumstances". Once in the A&E, Hendrix was then attended Registrar Bannister and Seifert. On arrival Jimi was immediately seen By Dr John Bannister a Surgical Registrar, and shortly after by Dr Martin Seifert the Medical Registrar. Dr Bannister said, "On admission, he was obviously dead...he had no pulse, no heart beat and the attempt to resuscitate him was merely a formality, an attempt we would have would have performed on any patient in his condition. His mucous membranes in the Larynx and pharynx were completely cyanosed and prior to suction there was red wine and gastric contents exuding from his mouth. At the time, I felt he had either been on sedative tablets to sleep or otherwise imbibed copious amounts of red wine prior to going to sleep. I would suspect he regurgitated the red wine and drowned. The very striking memory of this event in my mind was the considerable amount alcohol in his pharynx and and larynx, despite suction and it was obvious, that he had drowned in his own gastric contents...the scene remains extremely vivid in my memory, I can quite clearly recall the large amounts of red wine causing his clothes and hair to be matted. Jimi Hendrix had been dead for some time, without a doubt, hours rather than minutes...He had no circulation through his tissues at any time immediately prior to coming to hospital...his hair was matted, he was completely cold. I personally think he died a long time before. He was cold and he was blue. The medical staff used an 18" sucker to clear Hendrix's airway, but it would fill up with red wine from his stomach". Jimi was then seen by Dr Martin Seifert. Seifert goes on to say, "Jimi was rushed in the resus room. He was put on a monitor but it was flat, I pounded his heart a couple of times , but there was no point in doing anything else. In an interview in 1995, Seifert added, "We must have thought at the time that there was a possibility that we could try to resuscitate him...unfortunately, because the monitor remained so inactive, it was obvious that we weren't able to resuscitate him and I have always assumed that Jimi Hendrix was brought in dead...I would have done anything I could to save him, it was too late, he was dead". So, I think from reading the transcripts from the ambulance staff and the Registrars at the hospital that Jimi had been dead for several hours prior to being taken to hospital. I would argue judging by his stomach contents around 4am. The copious amounts of red wine in Jimi's lungs and stomach witnessed by Bannister, would indicate that Jimi was forced drowned under the influence of the sedative Vesparax. Although, the the amount of sedative in his system wasn't fatal it would have put him a dangerous coma. Therefore he would not have had the ability to resist his assailants, there was need to manhandle him, thus leaving no visible marks The stress of the drowning coupled with his low heart rate from the sedative, not to mention his poor health from excessive touring would have put him into heart failure preventing the alcohol to be absorbed into his blood stream.

Hendrix was murdered by his manager Michael Jeffery`s. Jeffery`s hired a special group of murderer`s to come in Hendrix`s apt after Jimi`s girlfriend left and tied Jimi helplessly to a chair with rope. Then forced Barbituites down Jimi`s throat with as much Red Wine as possible, causing Jimi to choke on his vomit. Once Jimi stopped breathing the murderers untied Jimi fully clothed and layed him on his bed. By the time the ambulance arrived Jimi was dead. I Read that the doctor who was in the hospital casualty department where Jim was taken to said he tuned him on his side and gallons of red wine poured out of his mouth doctor said he’d never seen anything like it. Doctor went on to say he had the feeling of waterboarding which is when someone is held down and water is deliberately poured down the person’s throat doctor said that’s the only way that much wine could be in his system. The Ambulance drivers said when they arrived at his flat he was alone his girlfriend Monika Dannemann wasn’t there he was covered in red wine and vomit

Jimi and Monica got back to her flat about 3am. Jimi was dead by 5.30 am. My theory, is that her vesporex (nine tablets with one under the bed) was used to incopacitate Jimi. She then called Jeffery who arrived with a couple of guys and drowned him in the tub. The bed would have been soaked in red wine otherwise.

Hendrix lived a life of excess and it killed him. Just like it has many other musicians, actors, and regular people who do what they shouldn't be doing.
Jimi Hendrix, as much as I love the guys music was an accident looking for somewhere to happen. He was a loose cannon with nobody looking after him but instead he was surrounded by people who were only interested in feathering their own nests. e.g. Allan Douglas and the likes. As much as Mike Jeffery was a crook, I have seen no evidence that he ever had a life insurance taken out on Jimi. If so show me the policy, or policy number, or name of the insurer, or the date it was taken out or paid out. None of this exists, therefore it is not evidence and can only be regarded as rumour. It was Mike Jeffery who advised Jimi to build his own studio "ELECTRIC LADY" and have a home. Somewhere to use as a base to try to give him some type of stability in his life. Jimi wasted a fortune on studios, limos women, guitars and anybody else who was hanging on to him. Everybody always picked up after him. Basically he was a walking disaster area. His roadies had to pick up his clothes and shove him onto planes.All his purchases and bills were paid for by the office and he carried very little cash. Like they said of him when he was in the military services. "He was always on cloud nine" thinking only of his music. As much as you all love the guy he was only human and had his faults like everybody else and for Jimi, well it was the fact that he was totally disorganised like most geniuses are.

I'd like to point out that the interview he did wasn't just talking about drug use it was talking about Jimmy's life in fame and what it was like working as his road manager. He wasn't blaming his death on drugs, he actually swore down until the day he died that Jimmy was in fact murdered by his own management because Jimmy was going to go on to a new person to be his manager. Dr. John Bannister who was the attending doctor when Jimi was brought in said in a filmed interview "I couldn't understand how much fluids were in his lungs it was just impossible to remove the amount of red wine in his throat and pharynx. It was more than just somebody drowning

least two or three bottles of red wine." He also recalled Jimi's hair being matted down with it. That he was naked except for something being wrapped around him like a towel or throw. (I just watched the interview AGAIN a few minutes ago and have already forgotten specifically what it was but the point is he had not a stitch of clothes on.) It too was covered in red wine. How on earth a person could consume that volume of wine at once I do not know. Jimi's blood alcohol limit was low and well below the legal limit to drive even by today's laws. This means that this wasn't wine consumed over a period of time and then regurgitated later. It hadn't even made it into his blood stream. However the glass or two of WHITE wine he is reported to have had at dinner is consistent with the levels found at death. Most of what Dr. Bannister says in the filmed interview is NOT found in official documents. One report does mention a large amount of red wine but thats pretty much the extent of it. However Dr Bannister was/is (not sure if he is still alive) a well respected physician. He practiced in the UK and in his native Australia. I think his statements have to be taken as fact. He said at the time he was unaware of who Jimi even was but he could still after 50 years vividly recall the event. Its not everyday you witness someone who has drown in a copious amount of wine. Some people want to discount it since its not on paper. Dr Bannister had came across the book "Electric Gypsy" or excerpt from it where Jimis death was discussed. The amount of false/incorrect information bothered him so much he wrote the author about it! To me that says a lot, and he wanted to set the record straight. Jimi was not brought in alive or even barely. Dr Bannister, a nurse and another doctor all worked on him. He stated "Hendrix had been dead for some time, without a doubt, hours rather than minutes. He didn't have any pulse. The inside of his mouth and mucous membranes were black because he had been dead for some time. He had had no circulation through his tissues at any time immediately prior to coming to hospital." He also mentions rigor mortis had began to set in or something to that effect. So that is a pretty good indicator that he had been dead at least a couple of hours. On average it takes 2 to 6 hours before the muscles of the face begin to stiffen. It then progresses through the limbs until the entire body becomes stiff. Monika Dannemann who was with Jimi during his last days changed her account of the events surrounding his death many times throughout the years. Including but not limited to when she discovered Jimi was in trouble/dead, having gone out for a pack of cigarettes that morning/or not?, even the times she said she woke up were inconsistent. (Her official cause of death in 1996 is listed as Suicide. She used the exhaust from her car.) Some have stated that at the time in question she appeared more concerned with removing drugs and drug paraphernalia from the scene than with anything else. IMO thats consistent with the doctor saying he had been dead for some time. Their is also archival footage of 2 individuals burying what is alleged to be those very items in the garden area of this location. The time is not shown or stated and has been debated as a result. Some say it happened later that day after Jimi had been taken to hospital. Others argue it was clearly early morning. This is extrapolated from several known facts. It was a dry summer and had not rained on or around Jimi's time of death. There was no sprinkler system on this site. Yet on close inspection of the footage moisture is
visible on the lawn, leaves of surrounding foliage, and other surfaces. Given what is known it is logical to conclude this is dew and still early morning. An ambulance was not even summoned to the scene until 11:18 a.m. So you draw your own conclusions 🤷♀️. Though we can't conclusively say either way what exactly happened to this immensely talented and beloved human being. I do think there are a lot of highly suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. Key witnesses have changed their statements, there are large chunks of time surrounding his death that are unknown and much of what has been alleged can't be verified. I think as humans we all want answers when it comes to the death of a loved one or someone that has impacted our lives, such as Hendrix. Anytime there are questions that go unanswered people seek to fill in the blanks however they can. It makes what is already a tragedy even more difficult. As well as mysterious. Jimi was a young man taken out in his prime. Not someone old and infirm who died in their sleep of natural causes. This we could all readily accept. I try to find a logical explanation for all of the known facts. I've studied his death for years and poured over all of the accounts, available online documents and read countless books. I won't go so far as to say I believe Jimi was murdered but I also won't say that he wasn't. I think if I had to point to the one thing that really made me consider it as a possibility it would be the interview Dr. Bannister gave on camera in his later years. As he gave his account of attending to Jimi in the hospital you could tell it was something that had stuck with him over the years. It wasn't at all the emotionless clinical pespective I had expected. He vividly recalled the state jimi was in on arrival. The amount of red wine not only on but inside of Jimi clearly astounded him. We're talking about a man who practiced medicine his entire life and at his current advanced age had probably witnessed some 💩 over the years. This happened over 50 years ago and he said he had seen nothing like it. So I'll just end things there and we can each form our own opinions. I wish I could post links on here but all of this information is available if you look for it. It won't always be the 1st thing to pop up and you may have to wade through alot of fluff and b.s. but some things resurface over and over again. These are the ones I started checking into and seeing if I could verify. Its a hobby and in my opinion time better spent than watching the Kardashians or gossiping on social media. It keeps my brain working...a little anyway. Lol I think we have to listen to what people who were directly involved in the situation and/or Jimi's life, such as your father, have to say. Sometimes things become cloudy over time then again they often come to light. I try to also study Jimis life and who he was as a person. His death was a fleeting tragic moment in time but he had 27 amazing years of life. He accomplished more in that short period of time than I ever could if given 3 lifetimes.

Read the corners report from Chris Welch's book on Jimi Hendrix. He stated Jimi at the time of his death was not a drug addict nor had he ever been. This large amount of alcohol in his throat is new to me. I did read the ambulance attendants had him sitting up in a chair while in the ambulance. Jimi from what I read kept leaning his head forward trying to get air, and the attendants kept pushing his head back preventing him from breathing.
He should have been laid on his side. That way, if he wanted to vomit, it would have come out easier. But, he may have been dead for quite some time before the ambulance workers got to him.

Reg Jones and John Saua were both very experienced ambulance attendants. They would have NEVER sat an unresponsive casualty like Jimi in a chair. They were both cleared of any wrong doing by the London Ambulance Service back in 92.

@@km4ryi270 From what I understand, he was leaving his manager Michael Jefferies. So in that case, he was no longer a cash cow. His manager wasn`t too pleased about it. Their are too many ideas that have been floating around as to what caused his death. Was it murder? That has not been proven conclusively beyond the shadow of a doubt. To much speculation which leads me to believe, we may never know the true nature that led to his death. Apparently, he was drinking a good bit of wine with his girlfriend the evening before his death. He was unable to sleep, and apparently consumed 9 sleeping pills to remedy that situation. That many sleeping pills mixed with a good deal of alcohol most certainly could have done him in. Karen Quinlan combined valium with alcohol and slipped into a coma for many years, until her family finally pulled the plug on Karen. As I said, we may never know for 100% sure one way or the other. I guess, if someone really wanted to dig hard enough, and keep at it, maybe one day the truth will be known.
Its also important to stress that Jimi died early on the 18th. His autopsy didn't happen till the 21st. His bloods for Toxicology would have drawn during the autopsy. "Analysis of ethanol (alcohol) failed to reveal more 5mgs%. So, Hendrix didn't get his blood alcohol test for over 48hrs. At time of autopsy there was 46mg alcohol in his urine. "The blood alcohol was probably 100mg by the time he took the Vesparax". 20mg over the legal UK drink drive limit. Therefore, it would be fair to argue that Jimi's blood alcohol could have been higher at time of death. Indeed, putrification microorganisms can decrease BAC by up to 50%. He was seen drinking a glass of wine at Philip Harvey's that afternoon and later that night at Peter Cameron's party along with a Chinese take away, but he was not seen drinking excessively to cause concern. This was around midnight. Teare's autopsy on the 21st September revealed, "The stomach contained a medium size meal, in which rice could, 'be distinguished'. Though, Teare for some weird reason does not give Jimi's time of death, the undigested meal in his stomach does give us a clue. Donald Teare's successor, Dr Rufus Crompton, after re-examining Teare's original report stated that, on average it takes the stomach about four hours to empty. Thus, if Crompton is correct, we can establish time of death between 3am and 4am. So what happened? We know by reading the ambulance attendants reports that they arrived at the Samarkand at 11.27 (with the call being logged at (11.19). Attendants Reg Jones and John Saua were greeted by an empty flat with the front door wide open. Jones, goes on to say, "It was horrific...just a body on the bed...he was covered in vomit, there was tons of it all over the pillow, black and brown it was". Here's the kicker. Black vomit! Black vomit would indicate some kind of internal bleeding or something very wrong internally. However, nothing was picked up at the autopsy. Indeed, according to Teare, Hendrix was, "Well nourished and muscular young man with no external or internal injuries". So, how can we explain the presence of black vomit. I believe what Reg Jones was referring to was red wine vomit. John Saua stated, "Well I remember we had a hell of a time trying to suck him out (Clearing airway with aspirator)...the vomit was dry and there was a hell of a lot of it...we knew it was hopeless, nothing would have worked...I had to keep trying...an ambulance crew has to keep working on them until we can get them to the hospital. There was no pulse, no respiration...just a body on the bed. Reg Jones also explained, "His airway was blocked all the way down...his tongue had fallen back...I knew he was dead as soon as I walked in the room, you get a feel for it (death), I can't explain it, but I knew he was dead. Saua goes on to say, "I didn't recognise him, don't know how anyone could have recognised him...his own mother wouldn't have recognised him. But we are not Doctors, its our job to keep working on them until we can get them to the hospital... his gasses were gurgling, you get that when someone's dead. When we got him to the hospital, we had to clean the ambulance out it was a real mess...his bowls and bladder...all that goes when you're dead, that flat must have needed a good clean too". Another very important point made here also. In 1970 ambulance attendants did NOT have the authority to pronounce death. As the casualty (Hendrix) was found in an unresponsive condition, he would have automatically been taken to A&E and NOT directly to the morgue as some people have stated. Although, Reg and John personally felt Hendrix was dead, it was not their position to decide that. Enter Dr Brown, Bannister and Seifert.
It was a young Australian Doctor, Dr Bob Brown who first saw Hendrix. Brown happened to be at the entrance of A&E at St Mary Abbott's Hospital when Jimi was brought in by ambulance. He vividly recalled seeing Hendrix being wheeled in on the ambulance stretcher. In an interview with author Aiden Prewett for his book, 'Our Jimi ' Brown states, "It was in the morning...I was outside the emergency department of St Mary Abbott's and he (Hendrix) was brought up from an ambulance...I saw him and checked him..but saw there was nothing to be done...all that was apparent was that he was dead and beyond recovery. He'd been dead for quite a while...there wasn't any treatment for anybody in his circumstances".
Once in the A&E, Hendrix was then attended Registrar Bannister and Seifert. On arrival Jimi was immediately seen By Dr John Bannister a Surgical Registrar, and shortly after by Dr Martin Seifert the Medical Registrar. Dr Bannister said, "On admission, he was obviously dead...he had no pulse, no heart beat and the attempt to resuscitate him was merely a formality, an attempt we would have would have performed on any patient in his condition. His mucous membranes in the Larynx and pharynx were completely cyanosed and prior to suction there was red wine and gastric contents exuding from his mouth. At the time, I felt he had either been on sedative tablets to sleep or otherwise imbibed copious amounts of red wine prior to going to sleep. I would suspect he regurgitated the red wine and drowned. The very striking memory of this event in my mind was the considerable amount alcohol in his pharynx and and larynx, despite suction and it was obvious, that he had drowned in his own gastric contents...the scene remains extremely vivid in my memory, I can quite clearly recall the large amounts of red wine causing his clothes and hair to be matted. Jimi Hendrix had been dead for some time, without a doubt, hours rather than minutes...He had no circulation through his tissues at any time immediately prior to coming to hospital...his hair was matted, he was completely cold. I personally think he died a long time before. He was cold and he was blue. The medical staff used an 18" sucker to clear Hendrix's airway, but it would fill up with red wine from his stomach".
Jimi was then seen by Dr Martin Seifert. Seifert goes on to say, "Jimi was rushed in the resus room. He was put on a monitor but it was flat, I pounded his heart a couple of times , but there was no point in doing anything else. In an interview in 1995, Seifert added, "We must have thought at the time that there was a possibility that we could try to resuscitate him...unfortunately, because the monitor remained so inactive, it was obvious that we weren't able to resuscitate him and I have always assumed that Jimi Hendrix was brought in dead...I would have done anything I could to save him, it was too late, he was dead".
So, I think from reading the transcripts from the ambulance staff and the Registrars at the hospital that Jimi had been dead for several hours prior to being taken to hospital. I would argue judging by his stomach contents around 4am. The copious amounts of red wine in Jimi's lungs and stomach witnessed by Bannister, would indicate that Jimi was forced drowned under the influence of the sedative Vesparax. Although, the the amount of sedative in his system wasn't fatal it would have put him a dangerous coma. Therefore he would not have had the ability to resist his assailants, there was need to manhandle him, thus leaving no visible marks The stress of the drowning coupled with his low heart rate from the sedative, not to mention his poor health from excessive touring would have put him into heart failure preventing the alcohol to be absorbed into his blood stream.
The government killed Hendrix and Morrison. The chick he was with mysteriously jumped from an 8th story window 20 years later when she was fixing to go on TV and tell what really happened.

causing Jimi to choke on his vomit. Once Jimi stopped breathing the
murderers untied Jimi fully clothed and layed him on his bed. By the
time the ambulance arrived Jimi was dead. It was Jimi`s girlfriend who
contacted the murderers thru Michael Jefferey`s to come to Jimi`s apt
and murder Jimi. PS: The reason why this happened to Jimi was because
Michael Jefferey`s was stealing a large amount of money from the Hendrix
estate without Jimi being aware it. Jefferey`s knew that the contract
between Jimi and Jefferey`s was going to end very soon. Jimi`s
girlfriend only wanted the fame from the story of Jimi`s death trying to
be the one who told the story and covered up her part in the murder.

I Read that the doctor who was in the hospital casualty department where Jim was taken to said he tuned him on his side and gallons of red wine poured out of his mouth doctor said he’d never seen anything like it. Doctor went on to say he had the feeling of waterboarding which is when someone is held down and water is deliberately poured down the person’s throat doctor said that’s the only way that much wine could be in his system. The Ambulance drivers said when they arrived at his flat he was alone his girlfriend Monika Dannemann wasn’t there he was covered in red wine and vomit
