    Haha😂 I can't top that😂. I come from Grimsby. Stoke sounds like paradise😆

Stoke is worst than Grimsby and Grimsby is very bad 😂😂

Not sure about that🤔🤣 I left there aged 16 to join the RAF. Still home but they didn't make a film called Grimsby for nothing😂 (Sacha Cohen).

Hi guys, enjoyed this video as always. I did wonder about how you managed to travel so much. Great lifestyle combining holidays with running and cycling and partaking in racing. I live to be active on holiday too. I have started uploading my bikepacking adventures on TH-cam and some parkrun races but only of me having fun not racing. Harder to self film races and could slow me down lol.
Rachel, you point about not getting a ladies medal for first place is a good one (not fair😉). Made me think of the recent scandle in oarkrun where Trans runners are taking the ladies victories and records. Not right in my book. Apart from that my only age grade record was wiped by park run removing all the records🙄🤣
Lea you do inspire me. You are a running beast going for those world records in America next year. I will be following your progress closely. My training is very similar to yours just a toned down version.
I am just about to set my self a challenge to improve my 1mile pb on the treadmill. Might not get it as already fast for me but will give it a go. Only on the treadmill though as peeing it down here in Essex. Are you English or Irish btw? I am English but my Mother was from Northern Ireland and my Grandmother from Clones near Dublin. I will have to do a bikepacking trip over there. Looks great.
Good luck on your quest for those World Records. Awesome 👌 👏

@christiantaylor962 Hi Chris, yeah when we take our holidays from work, we combine trips with races abroad where we can. Great to hear you like to stay active on holidays too! Cycling is a great way to see places & get a tan!
Best of luck with the treadmill PB, keep the faith and hopefully the rain stops there soon too. I’m English, born & bred from Stoke. Bike-packing in Ireland should be lovely, pro tip: the west coast is the best, but avoid winter at all costs!!

Hi Lea, your lifestyle is awesome combining holidays with racing and cycling. I started bikepacking age 50 (I am retired now) and done about 14 adventures now but only just started filming them. Glad you found my pb attempt on my channel, thanks for watching and your kind words. I had a mate from Stoke when I was in the RAF (1983-89). I think Eddie Hall the Strong Man comes from there too 😝 However, never been. It does look great where you are in Ireland atm. Due to my family links I feel destined to explore Ireland more. Thanks for the tip. I have already started to consider doing the Wild Atlantic Way bikepacking or at least part of it. Looked amazing.

@@christiantaylor962 My brother just told me about Eddie, I’ve never heard of him before.
I don’t understand runners that don’t race on holiday

Haha Eddie Hall is a real character on TH-cam. Maybe most famous person out of Stoke (that I know of). He is definitely not a runner though😂 I will be running on holiday (except bike packing which involves cycling 19hrs a day my rest from running)😂
