Season 2 Version: We cried when we saw Azuya's reaction Movie Version: We cried when we saw all the moments of the Anime and we said goodbye this work that Kyoto Animation made it a masterpiece; and it also reminded us that the manga was canceled because then it continued after there, but there is not enough material for another Season or Movie or OVA :´( but I am satisfied as Kyoto Animation decided to leave it as is the end of the Anime

And this is why, the episode 24 is the best point to finish all.
The good thing why k-on works is because of its characters as they age the story also ages so you will really feel attached to the characters plus bonus impact on the climax if you’re about to graduate and leave your school mates behind

Other animes tried to copy this "seniors are graduating" drama but k-on is still unbeatable 😭 well the 1st lovelive anime was pretty decent when they mimicked the feels from this formula but on other universe, who the heck cries because your school is closing-- ok bye. K-on = GOATTTTTT
The best part after the song, with tears in her eyes after clapping, Azusa jokingly says "You’re not very good, aren’t you." A reference to the first episode where, Yui upon hearing Mio, Ritsu and Mugi played a song, in order to convince her to join the club, with Yui saying the same line. Perfect bookend to the series.

Came to this after watching the latest ep of Bocchi The Rock and as much as I like it it's moments like this which imo make K-On a class above it something which a lot of people raving about Bocchi sadly just don't get

Man I remember watching the first episode of the show and hated it because of Yui so I didn’t even give it a chance, a week later, gave it another try and I fucking loved it. Yui was great, all of them are great that I watched both seasons and the movie in 3-4 days.
I wish they made a season 3 knowing that one day I’m might not see my friends ever again when I go to college hearing that makes me sad so if you could pls make a season 3 that it would make me happy and everyone else in the world but just hearing that song in general just makes people sad pls make a season 3😞
