Thanks for the feedback! There is a method to it, just have to watch in a specific way and kind of take the emotion out of it. Definitely harder watching Newcastle for me!
We spanked em in the midfield. It wasn't difficult. How can Ericsson and casimero stand against big jo, Tonali and Bruno? I'm embarrassed for them they tried. Thing is, ppl defend this system, but to me it's deeply flawed. Your always gonna struggle with 2 in midfield, even if they aren't geriatric.
he said they haven't trained so it wouldn't surprise me if man utd players don't have the principles of play plus the system. his recent interview indicates how instead of teaching these, he's actually trying to teach them the simple details of the game showng the lack of ball knowledge among players. when he came in he was not impressed by player physicality....which is emphasized by those lackluster pressing by the old midfielders as well as zirkzee... lets just hope Man U stays up during this pre-season session before the actual one
Lack of training definitely hasn’t helped. But it’s the knowledge of a lack of training time and his insistence on the 343 system that’s a bit worrying
@ that’s a good perspective but there’s also the perception of if there’s more game time and likely more training sessions as the season that this system becomes more second nature especially to the youngsters who’re part of the long term project. I’d argue to say Mainoo is surely going to improve defensively and decision making wise after watching his play against Newcastle. Harry Maguire has been really good in his role of direct line cutting passing straight into midfield and his defensive job hasn’t been bad either….should we even talk about Amad? There’s a lot of potential and positives to take from his insistence on the game principles and system in my opinion…it’s only for the better

Great analysis. I wish I could spot the tactics live during a game.
I agree, but I think it’s harder to spot a teams tactics on TV, instead of watching the game live (in the stadium)?

I love your analysis of matches esp Newcastle's
Thanks! More Newcastle content coming soon!
As bad as the players were, puttimg casimero and eriksen up against the hardest working midfield in the prem was shocking.
Definitely seemed naive with Mainoo on the bench.
Good analysis! I would get a better mic
Thanks! New mic should make an appearance next episode!

It was a mismatch from the start. But the positioning of Zirkzee and Amad out of possession was way too high especially if they weren’t pressing.
O jogo foi perdido logo na escalação 😊
Agree!

SAF SMB all invested in Youth. Relegation with Ruben if needed. 🇾🇪
I don’t think Man United fans understand how bad relegation would be for your club. Take that advice from a Newcastle fan!
Amorim in.
The rot is is man United . Just changing the manager won't fix that club
Starting to seem that way even with the change in ownership!
Amorim get out
No keep him he's great.
Can sense a bit of sarcasm there John!
