    I made these! I followed the recipe linked in the description to the letter, and it worked brilliantly. Very soft cinnamon rolls that stayed soft for 4 days! I’d only say that the cinnamon rolls were pretty big for my taste when I followed the measurements, so next time I’ll halve the size and reduce the time they spend in the oven a little.

    I just made these 2 days ago to bring in yesterday for my coworkers. It was my first time making them and they came out great. Not quite so large and puffy as yours, however. Is there a way I can get them to puff up even more and maybe even brown a little but more? I didn't have any floss and wonder if using a chef's knife to cut them might have affected them. I was shocked at how soft and tasty they are!

      King Arthur says they can be frozen once baked (but unfrosted): They write: “Please don't store baked rolls in the fridge. Your refrigerator is expert at drying out yeast bread and rolls of all kinds. Instead, store these lovely soft rolls, lightly wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container, at room temperature for several days. For longer storage, wrap the baked (but unfrosted) rolls securely and freeze.” www.kingarthurbaking.com/blog/2021/01/04/introducing-our-2021-recipe-of-the-year-perfectly-pillowy-cinnamon-rolls

    • @treason6661
      @treason6661 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Kattrap no a quick bread uses baking powder. This is not a quick bread, it's simply a bread that requires a single rise. But seriously, instant yeast doesn't taste as good, I've made the same recipe with instant and with active dry and the instant was nowhere near as good. You don't need an overnight bulk ferment with active dry yeast. It does need to rise twice, but that first rise can be as little as two hours depending on the ambient temperature of your room.
