- A story of the mysterious murder of a member of parliament for Siaya. The MP was killed and his body dumped in a maize plantation. Dennis Onsarigo revisits the story and speaks for the first time to two men who were tried and jailed for the MP’s killing. Did they do it or were they the fall guys in a well-crafted murder?

The more i watch case files the more i get convinced some people behind bars don't belong in there, they are innocent
8
Everyone is always innocent
So sad.......Government should apologize and compensate these fellows, my verdict is that they are victims of circumstances, being at the wrong place at the wrong time.....@Onsarigo, you didn't tell us about their families.
am sure you are asking whether they are functional after the torture. Would one be after what they have just said that happened to them?
"They tied my testacles, it was very painful😭😭".
What kind of torture was this??
They deserve compensation.
This is painful.that is why we need forensic labs to tackle such kind of occurance.those guys need compensation infact they deserve to be compensated.
That's how special branch used to gather intelligence? Thuggish.
The timber guy... jakonia... Great smile and personality...☺ pole lakini
Somebody got away with murder here. This file should be reopened
Eeh these men are strong. Poleni sana . This is so hard to hear .
I am saddened by this story..no wonder Askari wengi wanakufanga kaa maumbwa....many innocent people are judged unfairly because of shoddy Investigations.
Na acha wakufe km kuku kwa dhambi zao
Tiz painful but what relieves that pain is" Mimi nilikuwa mwizi na kazi ya mwizi ni kutafuta" the question is unatafuta wapi kwa nyumba za watu.?
Police wa kenya ni wauaji sana. Nimepata kusikia habari zao sana. Serikali ya kenya chukueni hatua.
Hawa polices walio torture these two gentlemen waadhibiwe they should be punished severly mpka mtu anakufa cell this isn't fair please Kenya take action on this watu wanaonewa haki haiwi served
Indeed from their story, the two gentlemen are innocent. Soo sad. Thanks Denis Osarigo for bringing the story "we did not kill him"
These two men were victims of circumstances. It wasn't their time.
Watching this episode for the fifth time.
very sad, the kenya that was, thank God for change
The torturers will pay for their sins, God doesn't sleep
Inspector Julius Kitonyi,...May he rest in peace..
I think that's why Kenyans prefer bribing the law enforcement agencies even when they're innocent, coz getting the approval for the innocence comes with it's cost.Imagine a situation where you're asked to "help with investigations"that's mostly the end of your freedom if you can't hire a good lawyer you'll end up rotting in Police cells.
God have mercy on our corrupt system, bring Justice to the deserving and let your wrath befell the rightfully deservers.
But mi si judge heri muibe kuliko kutoa mtu huai am sorry lakini
Since I started watching these news ,I realize Moi's government was so good in making investigation
Nyayo was a bad guy
And one of them went on to lead the judiciary sad
very painful, I'm almost crying for them.
just disgusting
Surely...... this is painful, but God let them pay for their robberies before snatching them from the jaws of death
Really? But we're being tortured for what they didn't do.
Justice in Kenya. That 3 judge bench of "eminent Judges" still upheld the High Court's death sentence. Students of law still marvel at the decision. The 3 are a laughing stock right from 1st year law. That one rose to become Chief Justice is baffling. Would he have passed vetting? How do some people maintain a semblance of normal family life knowing they messed up others' lives?
I don't get it between these two gentle men...who is who?...the story is similar en thy look a like help.
They are the ones suspected with the murder of the late Horace Ongili Owiti
hope anyone can help me acquire UK CITIZENSHIP
kenya our country is rubbish
Comrade John 8 I swear they killed my newly wedded husband n now I swear am not giving birth in my country am trying to live in Rwanda

Kenyan law enforcement lacks investigative skills. God is good to these gentlemen. They went through a lot🙏🙏
This is not about skill
Justice justice justice
Justice will only be done on the day of Judgement😪
Let the police men who did this rot in hell
It is soooo sad that some officers have nooo manners.matumbo karaiiiiii.i hate police wa kenya...bcause hongo walikuwa kakamataa.
serekari ilikua ya moi
Being a policeperson is a big curse
There is always a woman at the scene
Hehe, it is called Framing a Guilty Man. Siku za mwizi ni Arobaini....
The most painful I ever heard made worse by the fact that they were innocent
So so sad😥
Michael Odongo is very eloquent. How he ended up as a thief with that level of education those days baffles me
sorry my brothers for such injustice,i wish someone can give us closure on this issue.bona kumekucha hajui!
erick wainaina
It is still a sensitive issue. Chris Kumekucha will tell you that.
If only God can speak strait like a human being, and say not this it this one,so they let a minister die for nothing, not giving him his medicine, the same they will die

I'm pretty sure they collected no samples back then
Extremely painful.. ooooo may THE LORD heal their hearts
Thy deserve this. They tortured people by their crime's. Thief's almost killed me in my house..if they get framed for murder it's Karma

COMPENSATION FROM THE STATE. Kindly pursue this with a competent lawyer, and you will receive dues for all the painful torture you went through.
May all those cops rot in eternal pain.
Hii Kenya it will take 100 years to be compensated and they will not see the money
Justice in Kenya is becoming elusive.Willy Kimanis murderer Leliman and the rest will be acquitted yet this two seems to in jail for no offence.
No justice in Kenya
wamekiri waliiba huruma ya nini

They stole from a different person but fixed by the police to cover for unresolved murder.
