He did not mention he almost died there. Dude is tough as hell. I am curious to see Down to Earth 2, first part was dope.
Papua 🇵🇬 new Guinea is between Australia and Indonesia. That part of the world used to have head hunters (not recruiter 😁)
There was a mini series of Taiwanese travel show featuring 3 episodes of travel to Papua 🇵🇬 New Guinea a few years ago, very interesting, very authentic tribe, they sail the river with narrow boats, kids swimming in river knowing that there are crocodile 🐊 in it

Im from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 I watched high school musical as a teen and loved it. Glad Zac had a great experience in PNG although the place you visited was remote hence the technology but again thanks for sharing the world about our beautiful country ❤️😇👍

I am Papua New Guinean and I can say literally every single Papua New Guinea know Zac Efron as Troy from High School Musical. Someone took a picture with him at the airport that went viral here in PNG. Zac went to the rural parts of ONE province. We have 22 provinces, a BIG city with TECHNOLOGY, a city that he passed through to go to Sepik. I feel like most of what he said was overexaggrated.

IMHO, I think he's really sleeping on his talent, he's such a great actor, but unfortunately he mostly chooses not very good movies to star in, he's only been in a small handful of really good movies. He could be up there with Pitt, Damon, DiCaprio and so on.

@@lissab2113 He did have plastic surgery. Even after breaking his jaw he did an interview about it, but looked kinda the same. Since some time after his jaw breaking, and healing he got fillers

And fillers are not surgical, obviously. They're temporary cosmetic procedures that dissolve after about 1-2 years.

I spent about a month in PNG. I want to go back. It is a beautiful place full of great people as well as lots to explore. I did not see any Crocodiles. Cassowary and many other animals though. We did go to the Island of Loloata Island (rich ppl spend tens of thousands to snorkel there, out of my class, but fortunate) which was incredible too. Too much to explore in one lifetime in one place.
Yeah - it's always great to see good publicity for PNG. Although now POM based I did live for 5 years in Sandaun - and we should tell Zac that it's called the "S ee pik" not the "S eh pik". Maybe a bit of the Sagothorns will help him.

I hope Firestarter is a “break out” for Zac Efron for different roles. He’s got serious acting chops.
It was awful. Not Zac's fault but it was just BAD.
The movie was pretty bad. Aside from the story being not good, I didn’t feel like there was a real fatherly connection between him and the actress who played the daughter. I don’t know why but the energy was off. It felt like he lacked that fatherly emotion and connection in the movie. The whole energy was weird. I really wanted to see him slay the dad role :( So wouldn’t recommend the movie personally.
Pity they don't teach geography at schools in the US of A. If they did, Mr Kimmel would have known that PNG is more beautiful than Australia and even USA. Btw, thanks Zac for visiting PNG and seeing with your own eyes that we're not savages and that you can facetime your peeps back home if you'd wanted to. A potential plug to promote tourism in PNG but anyway...good stuff 👍🇵🇬
