We already know humans are not equals, like some born rich, some poor, some has physical defects and so on. But when we say humans are equal we mean that they are equal in value. That every human's life is important

You cannot say that all humans are equal in value, that's wrong.

I have had thousands upon thousands of past lives and even though I have been here since the beginning of humankind and I have seen the rise and fall of pretty much every civilization in the past and I have communicated with millions upon hundreds of millions of people, there is something that is still not exactly a mystery to me but it’s something that still bugs me ( what makes someone a human ) is it someone who can tell right from wrong, is it someone who can decide when someone else’s life comes to an end, is it someone who has risen above all others and stands at the top, I don’t know, maybe someone can answer this question for me.

Human Being , means a creature who is raw when he is born and in his childhood, he is selfish, but as time goes He starts to realise about things, this cruel world, cold people, there is flow of everytype of feelings, he can feel sad, depressed, happy, sometimes numb and hopeless, However the most important of the feeling he can feel is KINDNESS, a feeling which makes humans a human being, without feelings, humans are no humans but just a hopeless creatures....... like other animals, Now what is kindness is another question, i may post answer on the request????? Humans have dreams, insecurities, fears,Regrets, emotions and feelings, sympathy towards others and significance over other human beings........ I believe this is HUMAN......

His conclusion might have some misgivings to some extent, but it is also true to a certain extent... because the plutocracy and meritocracy systems exist in different parts of the world... what is true for a fact though is that humans are not equal, regardless of how much we want to lie to ourselves, and unless we will end up living in this monotonous world where people do not have free will, equality is indeed a fantasy

To be honest i think the world would actually be better if we did live in a meritocracy. You get a base line just by existing but that is only enough to get you by, you need to work to get more and those who are too lazy or refuse to do anything will stay at the baseline.
Of course the issue is that said meritocracy will need things for people who cannot because of physical or mental issues. These people should also put forth effort of course but there are still things that they can do. A person in a wheelchair obviously cannot build a house, but they can sit at a computer and do spreadsheets or something like that and thus contribute effort. There's also those who have autoimmune issues that cause them pain and they should also have the ability to do what they can with the best of their effort.
Retirement pension should also exist but they should be done as a sum of everything the person has done total, not just focusing on bad or good things.
its a pipe dream I know but that would help stop a lot of issues because it means that people at the top have to keep working or the people below them will topple them.

Parents could never take care of their own children due to their children starting at a higher baseline then other poorer kids
Meaning everyone grows up in a state owned orphanage which is honestly fine but something to note as family life won't be a thing really .

    That's partially true.
It'd be more true if not for the fact that we aren't actually fully equal at birth, some might be born in poor medical conditions, dysfunction, disabilities etc. Also the financial and social status of those who take care of you will severely affect you in many ways.
My conclusion is that while we may be individually equal at birth, not only our actions, but our medical state and social status of those around us actually affects us way more than you think.
