Ratatouille controlling a hedge fund manager to stop him shorting Red Lobster is one of the best Patton Oswalt jokes I’ve heard in a while
I LOVE that he called them out on the real reason for Red Lobster tanking. Patton is such a real one 💕
To unwind the joke, pretty woman type venture capitalists bought red lobster, sold all their real estate and made them rent the locations and sucked all the money out of the company leaving a shell, it has nothing to do with the shrimp promotion
Remy*
Ratatouille is the dish 😅
Completely brilliant
his filibuster was the greatest tv show improve scene ever and you cant change my mind. just a nerd given free reign to nerd out, and predicted so much stuff
Im so happy they made his Boba scene canon lol
❤ actually applauded 🎉😊😊😊
That ‘look in the head of a lonely boy’ line wrecked me! Patton diiiiiied inside. Love that man, he is a national treasure.
The fact Patton Oswalt briefly explained why Red Lobster is actually going out of business was perfect.
His obvious love and friendship with his daughter is really cool. That interaction is so important to her development. Only four……but smart as mom and dad due to the relationship
Oh, Alice is nearing high school graduation age , that “she’s only 4” was a joke 😂
@@wakemewhenitsover2010 I was initially concerned enough that he'd be watching Pulp Fiction with his 4 year old daughter, that I paused the interview and did a quick google search. She is indeed much older. Ain't the intertubes wonderful?
@@wakemewhenitsover2010
I’ll be damed……..that makes sense, same statement applies, but even more so. Thank you for the polite update.
The Nice Guys is one of the best comedies of all time! Ryan is hilarious!! How that movie didn’t make 100s of millions is beyond me as well!
Right? That was such a great movie!! I always say the same thing!
The outtakes version of the P&R filibuster scene is a must see.
I just saw his character Spence from king of queens come out when he said no! 😂 love this guy
Patton was also great in The Secret Life of Walter Mitty as Todd from eHarmony, Spence from The King of Queens, and so much more.
Don't forget he was in Reno 911 the movie which was super hilarious 🤣
Bob on Justified
@@AftermathSpectre yes Constable Bob. His interactions with Raylan were so good.
I'm so obsessed with how one of my favorite comedians ever can go on about Star Wars like I can for hours
Much love respect and adoration
For Patton Oswalt
And Jimmy Kimmel
Hugs Man
Hugs.
💚💚💚
Thx Jimmy for another great broadcast... smiles
I love Patton Oswalt!
I love Patton!
I honestly cant even think of all of the things i have seen Patton Oswalt in and i just know that every tike i see him in a show or whatever i will like it.
Jimmy at the end was BRILLIANT LMFAOOOOO
Can't wait to see what else you have up your sleeve!
I have nothing else left up my sleeve!
ROBOT ALERT. Big chested girl profile pic , profile created just days ago, and multiple extremely generic comments 😂. Go awayyyyyy
Love this man .. and he’s truly looking fabulous . So excited to see him doing so well and I always enjoy Alice updates too 😂❤
PATTON! 🙌🏽
Patton has not aged a day in forever!
Agent Koenig is in the house
Yeah, they should have made him wear a lanyard 😂
The new Christmas shoes!😁🤣😭😂😅
Patton Oswald is a genuinely kind and hilarious heart felt and giving individual! That is a lot to be!
Thank you for your episode on the family trips podcast with Seth Meyers. I really enjoyed your conversation and listening to your memories. You're a really cool dude. You are loved in my household
Patton Oswalt is a regular guy who somehow became famous. Very enjoyable person.
Well said. Never knew of his contribution to Star Wars either. Awesome 😊
I Think Patton should have won an Emmy for his Arc on "Justified" it as so amazing
He isn't the hero we asked for, but Patton is the hero we need.
I feel like he is such an underrated comedian. King of Queens was a great show with a great cast, but in my personal opinion, the show would not have been the same without him and Jerry Stiller.
He was on Best of the Worst, a true man of the people
Doesn't matter how many times I hear him tell the fillibuster story, I'm always engaged and ready to listen! Love Patton!
Love your creativity, it's inspiring!
ROBOT ALERT
Ratatouille is the only cartoon i wanted a live action version of.
cool dad.
I've never watched a complete episode of Parks & Rec before - but the Patton Oswald Star Wars filibuster scene I've watched a hundred times. It was brilliant.
That show was hilarious. You really should watch it
When I was 4 (1983ish) I discovered my dad's record collection. That started my lifelong obsession/passion with/for music. Sabbath, Floyd, and Zeppelin. Zero regrets lol.
Yo from the screenshot of the video I thought it was William Shatner lmao
The only time I've been remotely tempted to go back and watch Boba Fett again.
It's a snooze fest until Mando shows up
He was great in KING OF QUEENS 😂
just love him...
We love patton oswalt
This guy predicted the opening to The Book of Boba Fett.
2 Rat 2 Touille
He is such a fuckin legend and even more so having the Boba fett story verified - I wanna meet him one day so bad!
Tbh I wanna meet him too. I'm embarrassed but I even have an opener ready just in case I ever meet him 😂😂😂
@@montananerd8244 the fact that you have your opener ready is honestly so precious! Hope you get to meet him 😊.
Patton is just so damn funny!
Parks and Rec filibuster scene is as funny as his Reno 911 DnD LARP character!
Awesomeness! 🎉 PO, you are a comedian and actor icon. Love you, Man❤🎉
Patton Oswalt is the definition of a Comedic Genius
It's nice to see he's teaching his daughter very well when it comes to music 🤘🏻❤
Seeing Inside Out 2 in June
I can't imagine a cooler dad than Patton. Ever.
Even if it were a crisis, he'd be like, "...yeah, I love you, just come tell me, and we will handle it..." ❤
The scary part about "Ratatouille": In three years (2027) the movie is 20 years old.
Omg how is that possible. We r old
Constable Bob in "Justified"!!!❤❤
I love the father/daughter/music-story 🙂 My father and I were the same 🙂🙂🙂
2:05 lmfao proving his comedic accolades
Lol Patton Oswald is talking and all i see is Matthew the Raven having fun 😂
I've watched Parks and Rec from start to finish at least 15 times. During that opening scene from the Book of Boba Fett, my JAW hit the ground, and I made my husband pause it to pull up the filibuster scene on TH-cam 🤣🤣
Damn I want to be Patton's friend and have conversations with him. ❤😂
A Ratatouille where Remi flexes his guitar skills with a curly haired man who dreams of being a rockstar. Ratatouille 2: Slashatouille
There's obviously room under the top hat!
A+ idea!
Nice call out for Bleached!
bro I GENUINELY wanna play that game
💚
Bold of Kimmel to assume I have a family to gather
Patton hosted a gameshow on Superego!
Ratatouille 2: He Discovers Yelp. Rated R.
holy crap now i gotta go find ikes real jeopardy episode. and he needs to get back on kimmel, i hope he wins the auction again
🤘
Slash sitting there thinking “say Guns N’ Roses, say Guns N’ Roses”
Didn’t even think about that I’m surprised he didn’t just as a courtesy
Cool video
It's a good game show, we have it in the UK. If you play along you start off feeling pretty smart.
I can't stand it, the questions just feel cheesy. They're little riddles and they give you 30 seconds to figure it out. Then they try to dress it up
@@sie4431 Luckily other game shows are available.
I feel like these past 10 years, Patton has really "found himself" in hollywood.
And all he had to do was sacrifice his wife!
The Aussie version of The One Percent Club is hosted by Jim Jefferies, and the UK original is Lee Mack. Shame the US will not see either in action unless they know these versions exist and find them online.
I'm pretty sure Jim Jeffreys is the host of the Australian version of this show.
Mr Jimmy please bring mr Matt Damon back. 😂 it’s been a while since there has been any trouble. Plus he has a new movie that is releasing called the instigators this year. If Mr Matt Damon causes trouble in the next Kimmel monologue, it will bring some good laughs. 😂😂😂
Ratatouille is easily the most underrated Pixar film.
Never forget what he did to Finn Wolfhard, and also his wife.
Their voices sound alike
Anyone see the stranger things interview with him?
Introducing Jesse from Minecraft Story Mode
Male jesse 🤑
this jimmy is better.
The British version of 1% is so much fun... If you don't think you're too sharp, you can suddenly realise you're really smart. (And vice versa 😨)
Patton... you are Dadding so so right
Awesome, looking forward to the new show for sure
Hey it’s Todd from eHarmony
It's crazy how much he is starting to look like Jeff Garlin.
Where is a podcast with Patton Oswalt talking about movies, shows and just pop culture in general?
I don't think Patton *needs* the fame or money like a lot of celebs. He earns at a level where podcasting is a lot of work for, vs his usual hourly, very low pay. And he gets King of Queens residuals. You can tell who *needs* to be noticed in celeb podcasting, many absolutely are working for "chump change" just to keep themselves in the public eye. (Mr Rogan and Mr Sheppard come to mind). And after his first wife passed, I think he threw himself into family life with passion. Anybody else, I would mock for going game show, but he can do whatever he wants lol! I mean, he gave up his beloved hallucinogenic drugs so Alice wouldn't have some traumatizing weird interaction with him.
Filibusters Star Wars, dresses Battlestar Galactica.
I have loved Patton Oswalt in everything, except Season 4 of Veronica Mars. I still haven’t forgiven anyone involved with that. 😭
I loved him as that giant marvel talking brain . That show was awesome but they cancelled it :(
4:02 So the God of nerds made up some BS/far fetched dreams that were Soooo fkn great it had to be put into movies 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
If only he ran the ST. We might’ve gotten more than one good movie (TLJ) out of it.
Ratatouille was the reason the book of boba Fett tv show was made in the first place.
Ratatouille 2 I feel would be how delivery services are effecting restaurants. And how once you put something in a styrofoam container it ruins any integrity and possibly how the rat loses the joy of cooking
He Looks Like The Sit N Sleep Guy Or Samwise!
You are very right, he is.
You can call him lonely boy all you want, but he's married to the hot cop from Lake Placid!
Nothing wrong with being covered with tattoos. They chronicle the person’s journey, not their parent’s mistakes.
Sky cake!
A little odd that Jimmy shut down Pat's reveal about a Hedge Fund sabotaging Red Lobster.
Jesus Christ. Saw the thumbnail and thought it was William Shatner. How is Brad Pitt five years older than Patton?
I think Patyon Oswalt did voice narration in "Apocalypse Now"....
So Jimmy had two national treasures on the same night??
Got a lot of old dads here. Glad I don't have a young child in this day & age. My kid finished college before Smartphones came out, thank goodness.
