The vest that dog is wearing isn't a human one... its specifically made for canines it seems( the cut out for the arms are fore quadraped shoulders). There are a bunch of reasons we could speculate as to why he has an "$80" life vest vs a 35 dollar one... a few could be that: - it has features that are required by the surf competition he is participating in -thats all the production team had on hand, -the production team needed to account for people online back seat owning their dog...
