You'd think so, but Wirtual's second version was still cleared pretty late and it doesn't have a lot of finishers. And it's also possible that his map wasn't too hard overall, but he submitted close to the deadline and they already had enough maps of that difficulty level.

I would agree though that its likely that they already had maps of similar perceived difficulty since wirtual has also been saying on stream that it seems to have been a conscious decision to make this kacky's set easier than the last set

This was right when kacky started, which is when they do a discovery and all servers go through each map, 5 min at a time. It’s rare to get any finishes during discovery. You’ll see more finishes in the next videos.
It's a Midori reference, that map he made and super-hunted the AT. 34% steering was needed for max speed and there was a whole mini scandal about it and how Nadeo were ruling on control schemes inconsistent with their supposed design philosophy. He made a main channel video about it IIRC.
