BBQ Meatballs to entertain guests this Christmas: 500g minced beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, 3 garlic cloves, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, s&p tt. Mix well. Oil hands and scoop 1tbsp mixture into hands and roll to form meatball. Line on tray and let sit in fridge for 30 min. Oil pan and fry meatballs while turning till lightly golden brown. Remove meatballs...set aside and add 1/2 cup chopped red onion to same pan, add 2 cloves crushed 🧄, and sautee until fragrant. Add 1/2 cup bbq sauce, 1/2 cup ketchup, 3tbsp hot sauce and cook 5 minutes until is boils and sauce thickens. Add meatballs to sauce and mix until meatballs are coated. Add 1/4 cup water or beef broth and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves. Serve while hot. Yum 😋 Thank you for this quick n easy yummy recipe.
