It is similar to coconut fruit where it will contain sweetlike water inside the unripe fruit, but will harden and less tasty when too ripe. The best way to eat is to find the suitable ripe fruit where the inside still smooth & watery, it will be juicy & really sweet.

That white thing which she ate at the beginning (one with texture of aloe) has sweet juice inside it and when you take the whole piece inside and bite it the juices burst out and it's so refreshing... Must try fruit.
In india we have those black horn as 'singhoda' and that yellow colourred juicy fruit is called 'taarfali' and also that honey comb thing is called 'kalamkaakdi' we have this in India Delish ❤️

We called it "pungo" and the tree we called it "nipah"here in the Philippines, our own dialect

네, 베트남에서는 생으로 먹는 것이 정상이지만, 어쨌든 위장에 해를 끼치지는 않습니다.
I get to eat lotus seeds most of the time because it's found in a state of India called Manipur... And I live there.. :)
