Thank you . I have been following this issue since the honest outlaw problem . I really wanted the gun to work right . Thank you for following through ! 😊
I bet outlaws issue is optic install related. Or a one off issue. Too many others having no issue. Just bought one yesterday, hoping it makes a great edc unit.
The prior P-07 had same omega trigger where you could switch between safety or Decocker. You can tell when you shortened the optic screw the ejection pattern looked more consistent and better.
I recently purchased my P0-9c Nocturne and have fired about 470 shots with no problems at all, without an optic, only with the factory sight. Congratulations Sir, very, very good video, thank you.
First time viewer. Enjoyed your video. Seems to be some controversy about optic screws causing issues. I think you proved that to be true. I just picked my nocturne up yesterday. Have not shot it yet. Will try first without an optic. I subscribed and look forward to viewing your future videos.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience, I just purchased one. Please could you tell me which model of CAT X PRO Multi-Reticle Duty Red Dot fits this CZ P09 C NOCTURNE weapon? And what other brands do you recommend?
Is that a vedder p07 holster youre using? Some p07 holsters dont work with the nocturne according to the internet. I couldnt find any info if the vedder p07 was compatable and ofcourse i find this video a day after ordering a different holster.
Sir good video! The thread depth is 6mm. There is no part of the extractor visible in the hole or any other part that the screw could hit. The screw that holds the cover plate has a thread length of 4mm. The 11mm long screw has a thread length below the red dot of 3.8mm. So why should there be a problem with a screw that goes into the hole a shorter length than the one that held the cover plate and the gun works fine without optics. This fairy tale with screws is just a placebo.
I understand. So it could be a coincidence. Or perhaps there is some mechanical malfunction being caused by the longer screw? Perhaps it is making it protrude further down? I don’t know. But for the additional 50 rounds that he ran there were no malfunctions… Only additional rounds through the gun would need to confirm that it is really resolved.
@@davidpacitti8942 It's a coincidence. The hole has a solid bottom and it is not possible for the screw to hit anything even on the sides. My P09c without optics out of the box without problems with reload and after installing Voortex Defender with M4x11mm screws again without problems.

Thank you wise sir, i was upset after others review and they didn’t try to see what the issue was
@@iwasrel0ading138 your welcome, my guess is most people don’t know what to do.
The p07 had the same trigger safety option as the 09c. I have 2 p07 models with the omega trigger. Nice shooters.
Excellent work 👍🏻
Thank you!
The only thing that I don't like about mine is the lanyard loop. Why did they add the lanyard loop?
@@j.m.youngquist419 for police contracts that require it. Somebody has a fix for that. Can’t remember the name of the company google it.

Are these 09C's still using CZ's inside rail on the slides ??

@@nickukasiewicz3367 thank you. Yes sir that’s a Gun Runner holster.
It's sad that a mere optional screw was not tested by CZ in the package offered and caused PR damage like Sig had with the P320 launch.
