I go back and rewatch all these so I'm okay with any delays. With the advent of the internet there are so many Elvis choices it is an Elvis lovers dream! I finally got to visit Tupelo last year and found it more intriguing than Graceland and Memphis. I found Graceland depressing at the end of the tour with so many lost memories but Tupelo is like a wellspring of hope. His birth grounds and everything there is so motivational!
Spa Guy even when you say you do a bad job and could do better Your GREAT it shows you care about your FRIENDS. Keep doing what you do you make so many people 😃 GOD BLESS & KEEP YOU.
Hey Super Spaguy , We got you , no one will be harmed from making this video ...lol We appreciate you , for all the hats you wear....Thanks again for update ..... And share ....
Not to worry! One of the things I like about you is you're so honest in telling us everything. If something isn't right, you make it right! Wishing you much success in your new place of business. Now try to get some rest! Please say hi to Lori for me. :-)
We love you Spa Guy. I am a life long Elvis fan, and I have learned more from your videos than anywhere else. Take care of yourself and keep going. Remember, just like Elvis, you have many fans all over the world that you will never meet. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!”
Thanks Billy Spa guy for another great video of Elvis Scotty and Bill thanks for the thing you do is appreciated all the research that you and your team do is just outstanding
Thanks for the bleacher info Spaguy. Ya'all do such hard work on the Elvis info. I just know that he (up in heaven) sees all this hard work ya'all and knows that we still love him. He was afraid that when he was gone that he would be forgotten. NO WAY!. We'll always remember Elvis. Thank you again. Mary
Great post yet again, I did write on the first one, now I know were you got the idea of leaving strings, if people don't understand this they will have to go back and have a look at you're videos, you pulled it of yet again Billy, and I hope the strings you left behind are still there, keep up the good work. Fantastic job.
Hey Mr Spa Guy thank you for all your hard work and dedication in bringing we the Elvis fans all this history and Elvis trivia. I always look forward to your videos. Keep tightening up. Lord bless you and your family.
Billy, On a single I had out in the 1990s, on country radio, we used a Gibson 'Hummingbird' that was from the 1960s. Boy that thing sure sounded SO good. We put a little bit of plate reverb in that channel and it just made that song sound so full. :)
Man Billy, you just amaze me with the passion and detail you give with all your videos...You should be the head curator for artifacts and story threads for Graceland. No one could do such a great job of this without the outstanding attention to detail that you have.
Excellent amendment to first version. Your commitment to accuracy is appreciated, and impressive. BTW, when you panned camera along Union it's interesting to note that WDIA is close to Houck's old place.
Hey Billy thank you for yor revised video and for all your hard work and dedication in bringing stof to us Elvis fans. What I`ve been reading and heard about Elvis as his perfectionist. I believe in many ways you`re like Elvis I think he was a perfectionist to the point of being annoying and I think you are too 😎
20 guitars. oh wow. I have a friend who plays and SOOOO WISH WITH MY HEART, that i had two children and a spare arm and leg in order to afford one of those wonderful sounding old Martin guitars. the first ones I fell in love with , and didn't know what they were, was Hank Snows and The late Nick Reynolds Martins. know anyone who has an extra one they don't want,( RIGHT) I know a deserving person who would enjoy playing it
what's kinda crazy at least to me. is the fact elvis used a martin in the beginning of his career and also use a martin at the end. kinda like saying hello to an old friend and also saying goodbye at the end
@@Elvis35-77 you probably are a 100% correct on that. I had a j200 and man it was very uncomfortable for me to play sitting down. I'm not knocking the guitar. I loved it!! but have since changed to a hummingbird. smaller in size easier to play while sitting down. but I always wondered about elvis starting out with a martin and at the end using a martin once again. and I was praying that my question would not spark any he's alive rumors. sadly Elvis is gone, but he is alive in our hearts and minds and still rockin every time his music is played. Thank you for your insight I really appreciate it.
at 15:45 this guitar was a gift from his father Vernon as Elvis just got karate black belt. Elvis gave this guitar away on a tour on July 24, 1975 ah if you could do a video on this famous guitar Spy Guy it would be really cool
This has nothing to do with this particular video, but I've been meaning to tell how you solved a piece of the Elvis puzzle I had always wondered about.....In the movie "That's The Way It Is" during the song "Polk Salad Annie" Elvis pulls out a piece of paper from his belt, reads it then hands it to Charlie Hodge. I never had any idea what that was until I saw your video u made at the former International Hotel in Vegas. One of the guys started talking how Elvis would take audience written requests from a bowl on stage. I put 2 and 2 together and realized that was one of the requests he pulls out and reads. Mystery solved! I know it's a very minor thing, but I have wondered what that was for years. Now I know!!....Thanks Spa Guy 👍
Theres a video of Elvis Costello playing Elvis' guitar, on the Ghram Norton show. Priscilla, was also a guest. And had her people bring the guitar along. Costello played, Falling in love with you, with 'Cilla next to him.
@@SpaGuy you aways say "Cent" instead of "cents" & I giggle everytime. When you stayed in lauderdale courts you read EP's check stub the same. You sound all Gangsta 😂
1 Chronicles 15:16 And David spake to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren to be the singers with instruments of musick, psalteries and harps and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy.
This just isn’t acceptable, we expect nothing but perfection from The Spa Guy.....😂😂, we’re all human buddy, no harm no foul. The majority of we fans of your videos probably wouldn’t notice, I didn’t. No worries brother, you’re my horse even if you don’t win another race. 🍻
On the receipt for his piano, the day that James Dean died, it also had a Social Security Number on the top... Just curious if it was actually Elvis's since he signed the contract for the payments... 💲💲💲

See the guy's face in my head even.

Precisely.

Is there any way to purchase an autograph photo like that anymore?
On the invoice, it looks like F. C. $56.56 might be a finance charge. Notice that it's added. Looks like they gave him $225 for his trade-in ES-295.

What did Bill, Scotty and D.J. do when Elvis went into doing movies full time? I know they were on a few. I guess 58-60 was a bummer for them too.
