please play as the ottomans they recently got a rework and they are really hard. you basically have a useless army thanks to a debuff that makes your army so bad you cant really use it. becasue of this you kinda have to rush the focuses that let you decrease that national spirit but i played until like 1917 and i only just got rid of it. It is a good challenge tho. just make sure you dont take all of the balkans or else the entire world will declare on you, basically all majors
winning against italy is easy but the balkan league is a pain
@@zwilder1the balkan war is easy if you abandon libya, but i think ive kept libya and still won balkan war before but it was a while ago. that would be a kind of a challenge. its insanely hard to get all ur debuffs off as the ottomans at least for army. usually i still have like -10 org by balkan war. and you need to fix ur economy. ottomans are so hard.
@@zwilder1I lost to the Italians, but won the Balkan war extremely easily.
@@ruihund You can cheese the Italians by putting 4 or so divisions on the ports themselves and then 3-4 divisions on each tile next to the ports. Then the Italians don't have supply and you have like 12 divisions driving them out. I lose to the Balkans cause my industry is so bad I can't incorporate a decent amount of artillery/howitzer into my divisions for pushing

suggestion: play as the russian empire, fall into civil war, and win the civil war as whites. i just did it today, and it's SUPER hard, i was lacking -50k inf equipment most of the game, and barely won the civil war by a last-ditch offensive on moscow, which somehow caused the ai to leave petrograd open.
or, play the qing submod for gwr and defeat the xinhai revolution

I remember when I played Germany in great war redux I tried pushing east before going west like history. Russia was actually somewhat hard. Then after a while I decided to take my guys defending alsace and push west and the French were easy as piss.
I once took it with 6k casualties and won.
How do you disable the day/night in HOI4? i checked your list of mods and there's nothing... i need to know :CCCC
It's not a mod, you have options on the bottom right to disable it, in game

Hi, l just tried a run with germany and l was wondering how you got to Japan after copitulating the European entente, any tips?
I used the german islands in the pacific to start the naval invasion and then just waited for it to finish. My first invasion failed due to japan attacking my units the entire time so I just invaded nagasaki and invaded behind their troops to put an end to them.
@theenforcerguy oh l forgot about the islands, l always leave them because l move the colonial troops to Europe but l'll sure try this instead! Thanks

Playing Germany in this mod is super easy actually to win ww1
Only issue I have with this is should I be training divisions In The beginning? When I tried to do focus on the true enemy, it said I could not because I didn’t have enough manpower in the field.
I mean you could also just expand existing templates if you don‘t need more divisions. Thats what I do
