Some people own tigers, lions and other big cats BUT not over 220 of them I’ve never heard of someone with over 3 or 5 of them living with them. It’s just to much to handle in a small cage.
the white tiger cub shown at 13:35 broke my heart :( if people didn’t know, all white tigers are descendants of one cat so the amount of inbreeding going on is insane, if you look closely the cub is cross eyed and that’s a clear sign this cub will not make it to adulthood

The lion probably never knew what life was like in the wild if they are playing with people like that. Also, it isn't unheard of for people to discipline animals. Excuse you but dogs aren't wild animals, lions and tigers are. They belong in the wild. That's how they were built. They're not meant to be raised as "pets". Even in sanctuaries, they are left alone in the wild because that's the way of life.

Honestly, these people have I would think much more experience with these animals than any of us. It's also not like they took the lions when they were cubs away from the wild, the lions probably were born in the zoo and the owners imprinted on them when they were young so in the lions pov, these people aren't a threat. Also, every animal at one point was wild so it isn't much of an argument, why could dogs be domesticated and not lions?

I am fine with people owning wild animals. I am not fine when you treat the wild animal like a dog instead of a wild animal. I am glad that the lions are healthy because some people keep their lions and tigers in horrible conditions. But those people need to learn the difference between a wild animal and a dog.
one of my mom's friends owns wolves and that's because she raised them from birth and trained them to behave,this guy with all these tigers and lions doesn't know how to treat them and that's why he is always almost mauled by them i believe this man is really stupid the animals he owns should be in zoo's where people who are trained professionals know how to properly take care of them and know how to train them so they don't attack them that guy is gonna end up dead like daz was saying.
My mom knew someone that owned several big cats, and never once did he feel threatened, have to run away, or ever got hurt by them. He treated them like wild animals and respected that about them and they respected him back for it. That’s what it takes to own big cats. You can’t just treat it like a house cat or it will not respect you and that will lead in someone getting hurt. They even said “they’re like our kids.” And that’s the problem. Treat them like animals or don’t have them at all.
The reason we want to hurt/eat something that we find adorable is because the part pf the brain that tells us we love something is very close to the part that makes us want to hurt things

I just hate places like this. They claim to be helping to "conserve" rare species by keeping lions & tigers but often end up cross-breeding them, creating a surplus of animals that can never be released into the wild. It's essentially helping no one, and just exists to feed the egos of the selfish people who've decided that a wild animal is theirs to claim. Sickening.

For me I think the worst part about this is, is when someone dies from an attack (and they will) from one of the various animals they have, the likeliness of that animal being left to live is slim. I have little care for him or those who enter the cages with him because if either of them dies by the animals then that's down to them and their stupidity, but those animals don't have a choice. They're shoved in a cage that they then perceive to be their territory only to have a dick of a wannabe Houdini force his way in and expect them not to follow their instincts.

hey daz! idk if anyone’s already explained it, but i know im super late (rewatching vids and all) but the reason we react to cute things in a “cannibalistic” way is because our (natural) instinct is to get rid of any weakness that could potentially be used against us. so if we see a cute puppy our reaction is to hug it and essentially crush it to get rid of said weakness.

I am glad that the lions are healthy because some people keep their lions and tigers in horrible conditions. But those people need to learn the difference between a wild animal and a dog.

one of my mom's friends owns wolves and that's because she raised them from birth and trained them to behave,this guy with all these tigers and lions doesn't know how to treat them and that's why he is always almost mauled by them i believe this man is really stupid the animals he owns should be in zoo's where people who are trained professionals know how to properly take care of them and know how to train them so they don't attack them that guy is gonna end up dead like daz was saying.
My mom knew someone that owned several big cats, and never once did he feel threatened, have to run away, or ever got hurt by them. He treated them like wild animals and respected that about them and they respected him back for it. That’s what it takes to own big cats. You can’t just treat it like a house cat or it will not respect you and that will lead in someone getting hurt.
They even said “they’re like our kids.” And that’s the problem. Treat them like animals or don’t have them at all.

They claim to be helping to "conserve" rare species by keeping lions & tigers but often end up cross-breeding them, creating a surplus of animals that can never be released into the wild. Don't get me wrong I am a huge animal lover but when are people going to learn that these big wild cats are not domesticated animals and it is so unfair to walk them around on a lead like they are domesticated dogs!! and it always shocks me these people who claim to love and care about these big cats are the ones that treat them so unfairly and you need to learn that they are wild animals at the end of the day and need to be treated as such!! another thing that drives me insane when I see people putting these little dogs in prams and pushchairs like they are children! For me I think the worst part about this is, is when someone dies from an attack (and they will) from one of the various animals they have, the likeliness of that animal being left to live is slim.
I have little care for him or those who enter the cages with him because if either of them dies by the animals then that's down to them and their stupidity, but those animals don't have a choice. They're shoved in a cage that they then perceive to be their territory only to have a dick of a wannabe Houdini force his way in and expect them not to follow their instincts.
