Bring back the rim slap! Also; I love these reviews.
Dakota needs to get his hands back to full strength. Glad you're liking the videos!
Just bought the Konigs yesterday!
LEGGOOOOO!!!!
Those konigs are looking pretty spicy.
I love how both are offered in basically every bolt pattern except the one my Sky Redline uses, 5x110. I know that's an unusual off-size, but there are some cars that use it. And the selection of 5x110 wheels is pretty bad compared to something like 5x108 or 5x112. So my only options if I wanted either of these, do some potentially unsafe shit like use adapters or wobble bolts. Or get them re-drilled, which from doing research is actually a solid solution if you have to have a wheel that doesn't fit. But that would add more $$$ and it isn't ideal. So if I end up getting either (I'm looking at both) I'll either be paying a decent chunk to get them re-drilled. Or using wobble bolts and praying my wheel doesn't fly off when I'm on the 91 freeway lol. I definitely won't go the wobble bolt route.
At least both have lug covers so any ugliness from re-drilling wouldn't be visible.
At least initially Rotiform offered the RSEs with a blank bolt pattern and would custom drill them for you for no extra $$$ when you ordered them. That's awesome and I wish more wheel manufacturers would do that. I'm losing my mind trying to find 5x110's that I like.
Honestly im torn on which i would pick up. For me, if i did a “restomod-esque” build, i’d go with the RSE’s with the full aerodisc. Might just be me but aerodiscs on older cars and restomods look hella sexy. But for a newer build, say an s2000, i’d go with the Koenig with the smaller aerodiscs.

First comment, 5th like? man I'm good. Also the RSE's are my preference.
Do those covers do anything performance wise or is it just another way to customize the look?
They're nice looking hub caps that add nothing outside of appearance.
Hey, big fan of you guys, and I've been watching you guys since fitment met you guys at various events around wisconsin. I'm from Oshkosh and looking for some help with my miata build. It's a 1990 miata 1.6. I've been struggling hard, getting it going.
If the konigs came in a six lug bolt pattern I would probably buy for my 3rd gen Tacoma.
Really too bad you couldn’t source the same fitment for weight comparison. Definitely a lot more metal in a 19 x 10 vs an 18 x8.5
All weights for the MKR1 are on the website
18x8.5 ET42 MRK1 22.5lbs
18x8.5 ET45 RSE 27.7lbs
@ 5.2lbs is a substantial difference in unsprung weight!
@ it is! It’s almost like running a full set of MRK1 + 1 full size spare to make up the weight of 1 set of RSE’s

Did he say the konig comes in at a lower price? RF $900-1800 or Konig $1080-1400...I guess top price wise
