Bricklink works by you searching for the piece by its shape or part number, you then find a store that is closest to you, and make sure they ship to you. You then add all the parts you want from their store into the basket and request a total, you then send the payment over a Paypal transfer. Do bare in mind though that not every store will have all the parts you need, to buy all the parts for the LEGO Racers cars I had to buy from at least ten different stores.

@@BruticusMax I looked and you might be right but to me it looks like the gray side piece behind it. In the Lego Racers 2 intro his steering wheel base is black (on his original car before it changes to the white version) so I went with that
They now have Lego City Rocket Stunz Motorcycle that comes with a similar figure but not as good and now they have lego factory where you can get custom torsos printed

The piece number is 6152 you'll be able to find it on eBay and Bricklink.
Was there no steering wheel in his car? I can just add one if i want obviously but im curious if this is deliberate to remain faithful to the design
During the pit stop scene in the intro, you can see he has a light-grey steering wheel (Possibly white) through the windshield.

Pretty sure the wheels are too low.
This is based on how his car looked in the 3D animated intro, the ride height was taller on that model.
