I reached Tier 43 of Season Pass 1, which unlocked the jets needed to FULLY replicate Rocket Racer's car without that annoying fin in the way, now here is the up-to-date build with the best-looking Rocket Racer car you will find anywhere on TH-cam for Lego 2K Drive
Items you'll need before building it:
Electric Sports Car: Win the Big Butte Grand Brick Arena on Class C
1x3 Wings: Buy Wing-Shaped Pack 02 from Unkie's Emporium
6x4 Windshield: Buy Windshield Pack 02 from Unkie's Emporium
1x4 Plate with 2 Studs: Win Gold Rush on Class B
1x2 Jets: Reach Tier 43 on Season Pass 1(Premium required)

Note: If you do not adjust the angle of your Minifig as shown on the video, you won't be able to put on those Sides. You won't be able to build this straight away as there are some Brickpacks and a certain Car you need before you can make it:

@@iiillloii567You mean the Grills? They are from Unkie’s Emporium in the “Fun Pack” and it is refreshed every Wednesday. Pieces like those are available on certain builds like the Electric Sports car

To clarify what I was saying about the Rocket Racer level music in my previous comment on this video posted last night (right before September 17th started for me here in the United States), I am referring to gameplay music from the LEGO Racers video game for the PC, PlayStation 1 and Nintendo 64.

Is the premium pass the only way to get the jets? Nvm you can substitute for one of the flair items that costs 6k not perfect but pretty close.
