There is zero reason to get rid of Arrowhead. It has incredible site lines, and it has seen significant upgrades over the years, so it is not lacking amenities. My guess is that it will get a massive renovation that will add new concourses and attractions. The bones of the stadium are perfect, they will do some cosmetic improvements. Only way they move is if a site along the river nearer to downtown opens up, but that would require a big federal flood control project.

Yeah, the stadium is a banger. It has had 2 major renovations, so it has decent concourses. The team has its practice facilities right there as well. I could see adding a real estate entertainment development nearby similar to what they did in Foxboro at Gillette. Arrowhead does NOT need to be replaced, it's amazing just the way it is. M and T Bank stadium has been upgraded nicely over the years and it's getting more upgrades over the next few years. Also, it is very easy to get in and out of so I don't think it's going anywhere So fun fact at the end of the video they forgot to mention Raymond James Stadium actually hosted 3 Super Bowls that mentioned XLIII and LV but the very first time they hosted was XXXV it was between Baltimore and New York (Giants) with the Ravens rolling in that game 35-7 Thank you for mentioning stadiums that no one talks about needing replacing (especially Ray J and Arrowhead) I respect that football stadiums are hosting Wrestlemania.
The Hard Rock Stadium is not just a football venue. 3 The moment arrowhead and hard rock came out his mouth I immediately started laughing especially the hard rock one. He acting like that stadium was not just heavily redone within the past decade, and is considered beautiful now and a nice stadium. Put it this way I'll go there 100 times over going to Levi's Stadium a place that was built only 9 years ago and looks way worse. Also, it has been turned into like a whole entertainment complex, with it hosting lots of events besides just football and you know the whole massive f1 track they put in, yea its comfortably in the top half of NFL stadiums right now. Also, the Arrowhead is literally getting a renovation for the World Cup coming up and it's a special place, I'm not a Chiefs fan but I love everything about the stadium. But with that massive renovation, it definitely not going anywhere for a while. Defending the Chiefs or anything Chiefs-related is the last thing I want to do, but there is no way Arrowhead Stadium should be anywhere near this list. It's one of the most iconic stadiums in the league and Chiefs fans and players love it. Stadiums don't have to have all the cool gadgets and whatnot to be good stadiums. Same for the Browns' stadium, and Ravens' stadium Both could use upgrades, but they don't need to be replaced. Also, the Dolphin's stadium is one of the coolest and most unique-looking stadiums in the league. It does not need to be replaced anytime soon. I'm not a Chiefs fan but why is Arrowhead on there. The mystique of that place may not be that of Lambeau but it is certainly one that can stand the test of time. They don't call it the loudest stadium in the world for a reason. "Opened in 1997, is barely a half-century old" OK. you don't do math any better than you do football. The Clark Kent family, huh? I'm not a KC fan, but even I know that the team is owned by the Hunt family. You know, the same Hunt that the AFC championship trophy is named after. Another day, another TPS mistake. Sucks if Arrowhead is demolished because Royal and Chiefs stadiums are right next to each other in a good location.. but it’s kinda cool how long it’s been around.. kinda wish they would play somewhere else for a year.. then redo the stadiums in that year so they stay in same location Can you guys do the top ten defenses that could become the Legion of Boom 2.0 in the next few years? Arrowhead and Lambeau will be the Wrigley and Fenway of the NFL. Lambeau is older, but Arrowhead is iconic as well. I expect a real estate development and a big cosmetic upgrade coming in about 4-5 years. Raymond James actually hosted three Super Bowls. It hosted Super Bowl XXXV as well. You discuss the Bills getting a new stadium without once talking about the Pegulas who have a net worth of roughly $8 billion only paying $300-400 million while New York and the Buffalo area paying over $ billion for it. Deals like these are so crooked.
Here's a video idea: the best deals for NFL owners on stadiums because they cheated the taxpayers the worst. You discussed Joe Robbie Stadium (I refuse to use the Dolphins Stadium name). Joe Robbie at least paid for it himself. Hope there will be a video based on this topic but for college football stadiums
I’ve been lucky enough to visit 10 stadiums and hands down… sofi is #1 as of now. Some of these fields have a ton of memories And yet, there's not a list of college football stadiums that need to be replaced.
TIAA Bank stadium is now being the home of AEW instead of the Jaguars.

Anyone who calls fedex field the worst sports venue in North America has never been to Oakland. I went there about 15 years ago and it was the worst stadium I’ve ever set foot in and it’s only gotten worse. I understand that the garbage “human beings” from the DC area that go to that stadium are likely significantly worse than anyone who has ever set foot in Oakland but that being said the coliseum is pure trash.

We love the open parking lot for tailgating, the accessibility to the highway, and it holds the record for loudest stadium in the world. But i don't see the Bengals deciding to start construction on a new one for atleast a few more years, and then it would take about 3-4 years to build it. So it will take almost a decade at the very least until us Bengals fans can hope for a new like $2b-3b stadium.

I watched this last night, and while there were some things of interest, I still couldn't get past the following:
Fedex which opened in 1997 is certainly NOT barely over a half a century old. Based on my math it is 26 years old.
As for Arrowhead, well, let's just say that the Chief's have been owned from day one by the Hunt family, not the Clark Family. Yes, the head at the moment is Clark Hunt.
Those kind of mistakes made me question the rest of your conclusons.

Here's a video idea: the best deals for NFL owners on stadiums because they cheated the taxpayers the worst.

The moment arrowhead and hardrock came out his mouth i immediately started laughing especially the hardrock one. He acting like that stadium was not just heavily redone within the past decade, and is considered beautiful now and a nice stadium. Put it this way ill go there 100 times over going to Levi's stadium a place that was built only 9 years ago and looks wayyyyy worse. Also it has been turned into like a whole entertainment complex, with it hosting lots of events besides just football and you know the whole massive f1 track they put in, yea its comfortably in the top half of nfl stadiums right now. Also arrowhead is literally getting a renovation for the world cup coming up and it's a special place, I'm not a Chiefs fan but I love everything about the stadium. But with that massive renovation it definitely not going anywhere for a while.

For God’s sake it’s a roof! I think it’s time to get back to basics. (I’m also not too crazy about new stadiums being over a half hour drive away from the city for which the teams are named.)

    My personal opinion:
    Washington: Definitely.
    Chicago: Definitely.
Kansas City: No, it's provides one of the best home field advantages in football.
Miami: We renovated the hell out of it. But yeah, we need one soon
Cleveland: Not until we see how the renovations turn up.
Cincinnati: Not yet. Give it a bit more time
Baltimore: No. I think it looks pretty lit.
    Tampa Bay: Maybe
Jacksonville: Yeah, they do need a new place.
Who should be on the list?
Bank of America Stadium (Carolina Panthers)
Metlife Stadium (NY Jets/ Giants) the Jets and/or Giants. Metlife Stadium looks kinda bland, and they're New York teams playing in NEW JERSEY. Pick a fucking lane, you two.
    Nissan Stadium: Tennessee Titans
