There was a DDoS exploit that affected all streamers and Ster was streaming during that period. I believe he took it personally because he didn't know

1:05:06 OH I finally figured it out, he's pressing tab and he's got the option on for being able to move the mouse around and click on names with the scoreboard open, but his hud disabled the scoreboard so he can't even see why he's unable to move. That's kinda dumb that there's not a fake scoreboard at least with just your own stats.
Edit: turns out it was text chat, still dumb that it doesn't show a text box
