  • 5 Tips for Making an AWESOME Fight Scene (Tutorial) | Brickology Stop Motion
    Recently, I posted a fight scene video between Punisher Captain America and The Mandalorian. That video started off as practice and developed into something bigger, which was pretty cool to see.
    As with every film I make here, I try to improve on some aspect of my stop motion technique. In this particular film, I found myself focusing on 5 things in general, and this tutorial covers those in more detail.
    I hope these tips will help you create a more fluid, dynamic, and intense fight scene!

    • @Brickology
      @Brickology  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When I started making brickfilms, I wrote about what I know. I’m a nurse, so I made a bunch of medical films. As Time went on I started making more diverse content. But when I’m stuck, I always go back to what I know. So ask yourself... What is it that you’re interested in? Movies? Music? Are you a student? What funny stories happened at school? At home? That’s where I’d personally start 😊

    Great Tutorial! I am looking forward to using these tips, when I am starting my own Brickfilms.
    But I wanted to ask: isn't it possible to ad the camera movements in editing, while also getting closer with the camera? I'm pretty sure I have seen someone do it in a tutorial.
    Do you have any experience in that area and can you say if you would recommend directly filming the movement, or ad it in post?

    • @Brickology
      @Brickology  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching! And that’s great that you’re wanting to make your own films! Have you one planned out?
      Regarding your question, yes you can absolutely do the movements in the computer! I like doing them while filming because it has a certain look and feel to it. Whenever I can do things without the computer, that’s what I shoot for. It always teaches me something and is good practice.
      If all else fails, I’ll use the computer for the effect 😊👍.
