Ive had mine for about a year now and still love it. Honestly I think it is the best foldable phone. Its a well rounded device with its displays, the performance is still top notch and will be for a while, its gonna receive another 2 or 3 years of major updates and most importantly this thing has lasted me. I hope this thing lasts for as long as I own it. I know foldables have a bad rap when it comes to longevity but overall this is a great device.
I got the oneplus open twin here in indonesia, the oppo find n3. Like what you said, this is the best foldable on the market. Mine works flawless and the crease just the best compare to the other foldable
Excellent review. I purchased it a week ago, here in Italy. it was the last piece available in the shop (therefore it was on display in the window, therefore new, given that being closed in the window it could only be used by the shop staff). So I got the discount for this reason and plus the 22% VAT for Black Friday was deducted. In the end I only paid €800. I've had iPhones for years. And I'm not feeling bad at all. Not even in terms of smartphone unlocking. Both the face and fingerprint sensor are of high quality. Processor that works very well and quality photos. I am super satisfied with the purchase both for the price and for the general quality which was better than I could have thought. Changing from iPhone is very difficult, especially for unlocking. I had bought a Flip 5 but I had to get rid of it because the unlock sensors were pitiful. I recommend this smartphone to everyone from both Android and Apple. After years we can finally buy a different product and above all at a good price.
Got mine at launch and it's by FAR the best phone I've ever used. I'm really looking forward to seeing how they make the second device even better. Maybe wireless charging and better water resistance ?? Great vid 👍
If anything, it would flatten out easier after a year. Is there something stuck in your hing or something? The tension created across the inner screen when opening is stretching the flexible display, which actually has less tension over time, allowing the display to flatten out. FYI, Oppo is OnePlus.
They're warranty screen was garbage but I'm still using it after dead pixels. Honestly it's better they waited for the 2 because that's means Elite chip
The P9PF wins IMHO. Better photos, better display, better software. If you are a gamer (which I am not), maybe the Tensor isn't the chip for you but for the rest - it's a slam dunk better experience to me.
Better in what way? Besides from personal UI preferences and dex ( a feature I have never seen anyone use in the wild in my entire life except for TH-cam commenters) The open is generally objectively better. Both cameras outshine the Samsung

Great review, I love mine and I can't wait for the OnePlus open 2. I just hope they give great trade in prices.

Thank You!
The best folding phone in the market
100% it is
Didn't the most recent update kind of break the refresh rate?
@@phero6933 nope
@@jamiehunter3567 Strange. Lots of people reporting issues on reddit and Shane Craig had a video outling the issue too.
It's nice but the pixel is better
I love the way this phone looks! I plan on upgrading to it from my z flip 5 soon

How many times have you dropped it without a case?
Concerning selfie photo and selfie video could it be a great choice vs iphone 15 or 16 pro max
or it's very less good
All of Oppos folds were smaller and i read the OnePlus design this one. So what you say it makes sense truly is their first gen.
Ciekawa recenzja bardzo stylowego smartfona OnePlus Open!

The camera cutout is huge but it is elegant at the same time.
