We picked up ours a couple of weeks ago now, my missus loves it, had a good run out in it over the weekend. Lovely car and great looking and very comfortable too. Great sized boot. The car drives really well and the 1 litre petrol turbo engine does a great job. Economy continues to climb from when we picked her up, now approaching 40 mpg and still climbing. Really didnt like the look of the first generation juke, looked like a wide mouth bulging eyed frog. But Nissan have done a fantastic job both inside and out. The only thing I miss out on as the passenger in height adjustment. Other than that we both love it. Great choice of replacement for our underpowered Tucson.
Just had one out for test drive today, really bad at pulling away, had to put the pedal almost to the floor before the car would move.... Never expeienced this in any other automatic car. Do u recall if the car you reviewed was lime this? Dealer said they couldnt see my issue?
Here's a question: are there any small 'SUV'S' that you would genuinely have over their supermini counterpart? For example a T-Cross over a Polo? I can't think of a single one personally.
I'll be honest, I would argue the Juke isn't really THAT much more practical than a hatchback so I wouldn't have this over, let's say, a Micra. Thanks for watching. Having said that the new Juke is better than the last car.
Good review Aaron but awaiting your full ford puma review , I was unsure at 1st but in the flesh in the right colour I think the puma tops these small suv's.
It is all well and good, having more space, better quality, having good looks but they could make a good car alot better as they need to add another engine to the line up .
@@CarObsession Thanks for the reply, is there anyway that you could contact Nissan about this matter? I have had nissan cars since 1994 and I don't want to change car brands. If nissan added another engine to the line up, I guarantee that it would boost sales even more.
@@CarObsession Yes of course, I totally understand but you could at least put your point across for nissan to listen and they might change and see what's needed to make the Juke a better car.
I love mine, your review is totally wrong one year on, 6000mls, no travel sickness, car smooth, gear change perfect, seats hug wonderfully, fun to drive, especially in sports mode.
Hi Phil, thanks for watching and thanks for the comment, but to say the review is totally wrong seems harsh, especially when I had several positive things to say about the car.
@@CarObsession hi, ok not totally wrong, all good points obviously correct, just pointing out the ones you criticised, I find are the opposite to your views, regards
That is a lot of money for a stupid 1 liter, a definite step back from the sweet, punchy 1.6 liter MR16DDT engine that was the newest engine from Nissan a few years ago. For the price of a base Jule you can buy a MG HS Base which has 17 inch alloy, 1.5 four cylinder turbo, Mid Size SUV with 7 year warranty. for an extra $1,000 the next trim gets synthetic leathers, key-less entry, Sat Nav, rear seat recline-able, lumber support for driver, LCD/analogue dash, climate control, chrome trim, fog lights, lots of USB charge ports, Leather steering wheel and gear knob, sport metal pedals, push button start, LED tail light, indicators on mirror, rear camera, and rear sensors, Driver Safety Suite systems, DRL, Adaptive cruise all for $30,990 Australia dollars Driver away and I forgot touchscreen 10 inch infotainment. I was Shocked I could not believe it... $31K drive away price

Hi David, thanks for watching and thanks for the feedback 👍🏽
Nissan Puke 🤣🤣🤣 Love it 👍 This new Juke looks pretty good.

Hi James, thanks for watching. I've not driven the auto, so I can't comment I'm afraid.
The original was a marmite car, you either loved it or hated it. I love mine and that’s all that matters in my opinion 😍
Hi Rogan, thanks for watching, and thanks for the comment.

It's the small SUV I've driven so far, so think Ford is on to something here. Thanks for watching Dave.

Hi Camillo, thanks for watching. Yes, you raise a good point, the lack of engine choice is disappointing.

@@thomasatanto Haha, I wouldn't have much clout Camillo, my channel is small, it's hardly Auto Express haha.

@@philrogers8997 Fair enough
So much better now they're dropped the weird bonnet light.
Agreed!
Too critical for my liking, I find it really good but I suppose it’s because I’ve driven Nissan cars most of my life and I’m not 6 foot tall
Everyone is entitled to their opinions, not everyone else is going to agree with them - thanks for watching.
What name of this colour?
Hi there, thanks for watching. It's called Fuji Sunset Red.
