This is gold, thank you for posting these, im knocking on 50 yrs old and played guitar since around 13, now im so pissed cos I've recently realised im a better drummer than I ever was on guitar. Wish I'd got a kit years ago. Your groove is immense 🙏👍👍

I saw Neurosis on the Souls at Zero tour in ‘92 in Austin and remember being completely mesmerized by Roeder’s drumming. Cut to years later and still just as mesmerized seeing him perform with Sleep.

Saw you guys liive in Montreal not so long ago... Loudest concert ever! The bass was making everything shake! Killer playing man! Are you high during shows like this? I couldnt maintain focus and groove the way you do if high AF XD

No, not really. Playing isn't an issue, it's the length of the phrasing that fucks with you. Contact high is common though, on some shows the entire club is hot-boxed.
